This was on a Saturday so with help I pushed the truck out of the way and left it parked there for the rest of the weekend. We (my granddaughter and I) were offered a ride home by another person who was dropping off trash. I called the garage in Forest which I have been using for years, but they told me they did not have a towing service but they said they used a towing service out of Rustburg. This was a long way to travel so I then went on-line and did a google search for garages. I chose Jimmy's Automotive as as being the closest but otherwise I knew nothing about them. On Monday morning I gave them a call and he said he would bring a flat-bed truck and meet me at the site. I immediately left (4 miles away) and he showed up within five minutes after I had gotten there. He loaded the truck up and took it to his shop. On Tuesday afternoon he called and said that he replaced the electronic ignition module and I could come by at any time to pick it up, which I did that afternoon, and it ran perfectly! My costs were very reasonable and I am very satisfied!

When I called for an update, I was given 2 different prices. I approved work, and was told my car would be ready Monday. I called Monday, at 3:15 PM, to check the status, and I was told it hadn't been touched yet. I had to call. A simpel phone cal, FROM them,would have made this a better experience. I was then told they werfe busy and swamped. I hae run dealer parts & service for MANY years. You are Never too busy for a phone call. I have used them before, and have been very satified, but not today.
