They did not have any signs or cones out and no one even looking for traffic. After waiting for 15 minutes they yelled at us to "go the f$@& around", which forced us to drive through a neighbors yard to get home. I will tell anyone that is looking for a tree service to steer clear of this rude company.

The best thing you could do is just look at how they respond to the negative reviews on here, Google, etc. - is every random person the enemy or are they just a bad company? Following the severe storms in mid-March, they have harassed sweet, elderly women and single mothers in the North County area with outrageous invoices for tens of thousands of dollars for a few hours of work. It couldn't be more obvious how they are simply attempting to prey on vulnerable people in stressful situations, in the hopes of getting the insurance payout, then shout about liens and lawsuits in order to get whatever money they can of out people when either insurance doesn't pay or they want more money. Even going so far as to bring a costumed police officer with them to the door "to collect" - last I checked, cops don't make house calls for bill collection. It is also suspicious that they want their compensation delivered in-person and not sent in the mail - could it because mail fraud is a federal offense?

More importantly, my in-laws were visiting the next day so it was crucial to get the yard done. The prices were reasonable and the results were great! Went ahead and set up a biweekly schedule to take care of the lawn, even though I could do it myself, due to the professionalism of Davidson Mowing and More. Recommend others give them a chance to impress!

I hired this company to install a landscaping bed/retaining wall based on a written quote, and the…read moreexperience quickly went downhill. What was estimated as an 8-10 hour job dragged into a second day with minimal meaningful progress, but the bigger issue was the quality of the work itself. The wall was visibly not level, which is a fundamental requirement for a project like this and not something that should ever be in question. Even more concerning was the complete lack of proper base preparation--on the first day, blocks were placed directly without any appropriate base at all. After I raised concerns, they returned the second day with sand, but then mixed it with mulch and used that as the foundation, which is simply not an acceptable or stable method for a retaining wall. On top of that, I purchased materials based on the contractor's estimate, only to be told later that the quantity was significantly wrong due to an error in his measuring app, leaving me with a large and unnecessary overage. When I brought these issues up, instead of taking accountability or presenting a clear plan to fix the problems, the response shifted toward blaming communication. At that point, it was clear the project was not going to be completed to an acceptable standard, and I made the decision to stop the work entirely. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.
