Not only did Cullen call me on several occasions but I was informed by the recipient of how very kind and considerate the delivery man was. This is a busy season for a florist, and there were times when Cullen asked if she could call me back due to having a customer in her shop, and DID!! It's nice to be treated like your business is important to the proprietor, and the friendliness extended by this store is so genuine. My friend was so very pleased with the delivery, and so was I.
