I never saw any invoice until after…read morethey sent it to collections. they failed to advise me proper charges for services. there was some blood work and a couple of office visits. none of which should have totaled the amount sent to collections. they said collection would have all the information. go to the collections agency they needed a signature on an authorization to obtain said information they should have access to. dr may be decent but billing and front desk have shown a penchant for fabrication of information.

Currently, I have been off of a needed medication for almost a week. I requested refill on Monday and today is Thursday. The pharmacy stated to give the office a call as it always takes a long time to get a response. I called the office, and once again, they stated that they have not received the request. This occurs nearly every month and is unacceptable. I would not recommend their service, and as of today, I shall no longer be their patient! The only reason I gave two starts was for David Day. Doctor Allen has all of the latest technology and said he would be able save the tooth with post and crown. Also during the X-ray recognized the tooth that had a crown had some decay. Doctor Allen correct both teeth in house. They have the newest in house technology that build the crowns in the office. What an amazing result. If I lived in the area, this would be my dentist office. I highly recommend this office. They have a great staff that helped me to contact my insurance. I've been super happy with the results. Doctor even called me in the evening to check on me how I was doing. All of the staff was very friendly and professional.

I brought my daughter to High Valley Dermatology for a few small bumps on different parts of her…read morebody and one wart on her foot. We were seen by PA Black, who spent less than 10 minutes with us. He diagnosed the bumps as unspecified dermatitis and prescribed two creams (Triamcinolone and Desonide). He also identified the bump on her foot as a wart but provided no treatment. The bill came to $328 after insurance adjustments. The billing code stated "OFFICE O/P NEW MOD 45 MIN," which didn't reflect the actual time spent or complexity of the visit. I left two voicemails with no response, visited the office in person, and was told the billing rep would call me back--she didn't. After multiple follow-ups, I finally spoke with someone who explained that the charge was due to her being considered a "new patient" (despite being seen five years ago) and the condition being "moderate," resulting in a level 4 charge. When I asked to speak with the provider who entered the code, I was told he likely wouldn't remember the case and is too busy. I was then directed to contact the CFO. I have no issue paying for services rendered, but this visit felt over-coded and the follow-up was frustrating and unhelpful. Just a heads-up to others: you may be charged significantly more than expected for what seems like a simple visit.

I called Dr Ryan Smiths office in West Yellowstone, that was closing in 15 minutes. The receptionist put me on hold for a few minutes and then stated that Dr Smith was willing to meet me at his other office in Rexburg at 6:30 to care for my son. We drove and arrived at this location at about 6:23 pm and 2 minutes later Dr Smith and an assistant arrived. The care was impeccable and finished before I could fill out the paperwork. My 8 year old was extremely comfortable in the office under the care of Dr Smith. If I lived in the area, this would be our families dentist for sure. Thanks again from California.
