Very professional and up to date on latest methods of physical therapy. His staff is kind, eager and very capable. The are pleasant to work with and professional in their work. Though his therapist are young, (college interns), they are extremely bright and capable. Dr. Rawlings goes beyond normal care. He is sensitive to my needs and willing to push me for a better recovery. In truth, I know of the other therapist in town, and Dr. Rawlings far exceeds anything that I have met, heard about or have known those under their care. I always feel bad for them when they tell me how their therapy has gone or is going in comparison to the care I receive. Dr. Rawlings is the best choice in our region.

All the staff are really friendly, and make a point of learning your name. I was only going to be on campus for a few more weeks before heading home, and let them know upfront, and the service didn't change. Jody and Dustin answered any questions I had and were willing to explain what they were doing, the reasoning behind it, and the benefits that would come from it. I improved significantly in my few weeks, and though I'm not yet fully recovered, I'm currently looking for a physical therapist at home who will continue what they did for me.

My wife and I then completed a preference sheet. She attended to my wife first as I waited in the lobby in a cozy armchair. After my wife completed her hour, Amanda came to the front and confirmed my preferences, asked me to undress to my comfort level and go under the covers. The massage was the peak of the experience. Amanda was very skillful and professional. She focused on the knots throughout my body and I felt relaxed as hoped. We completed our hour and returned to the front. She also explained to my wife how to take care of her knots and keep them from coming back. Well worth the money spent. The only detractor was when my wife came back from the restroom and said it was not well. She said the trash was not taken out and the floors were not swept. (We were first clients on Monday morning so it was there over the weekend.) As a place of health and relaxation cleanliness should be an important step in the process. While it didn't not take away from my overall score, I would hope this can be improved for future visits.

We were seen by PA Black, who spent less than 10 minutes with us. He diagnosed the bumps as unspecified dermatitis and prescribed two creams (Triamcinolone and Desonide). He also identified the bump on her foot as a wart but provided no treatment. The bill came to $328 after insurance adjustments. The billing code stated "OFFICE O/P NEW MOD 45 MIN," which didn't reflect the actual time spent or complexity of the visit. I left two voicemails with no response, visited the office in person, and was told the billing rep would call me back--she didn't. After multiple follow-ups, I finally spoke with someone who explained that the charge was due to her being considered a "new patient" (despite being seen five years ago) and the condition being "moderate," resulting in a level 4 charge. When I asked to speak with the provider who entered the code, I was told he likely wouldn't remember the case and is too busy. I was then directed to contact the CFO. I have no issue paying for services rendered, but this visit felt over-coded and the follow-up was frustrating and unhelpful. Just a heads-up to others: you may be charged significantly more than expected for what seems like a simple visit.

In the midst of my despair, I googled dermatologists in my area and found Doctor Bagley. I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist was eager, professional, and cordial when I requested a consultation for my fiery bunghole. Upon my first visit, the nurse was lovely and very empathetic. Dr. Bagley himself was exceptionally professional and fun, which was a welcome surprise to someone whose anus felt like the central gathering for a party of fire ants. He gave me comprehensive instructions on how to eliminate symptoms so I could finish my school finals with more than two hours of sleep and gave me a prescription for an anti-fungal pill that cleared all symptoms within two days. I had several follow-ups and each time, he was just as fun and professional. He even gave my wife and I sunscreen samples because I mentioned she burns easy.
