The husband is the dentist, the wife the receptionist, and another lady who is a helper. They are only open 3 days a week Monday through Wednesday. It's a family owned company and they are fantastic on price and care. They were extremely friendly and down home. You don't see many places like this anymore. We get here and are told the appt is cancelled. We asked who cancelled it and they said they did. (It would be different if this hadnt happened before. But we have had so many precious scheduling issues). I tell the young lady who came out initially that I wanted to talk with the manger. And that's when Lindsay came out. As she approached our car - I knew it wouldn't go well as she began talking to me as though I was a child and pretending she had no idea why we were upset. She insisted they made a phone call to let us know and I told her that neither I nor my daughter got a call or a text. Did she really think she would have driven all this way if she didn't have an appt? Did she think we just drove up to their office for giggles? Really? Then she said "you do realize we are in a pandemic right?" Ummm. Yes- thank you for patronizing me. And then she says "so you want me to see her today in front of al these other patients who have appts?" WHAT? She DID have an appt!! I managed a practice for over 13 years- and I have to say Lindsay sucks at making a bad situation better. Managers have to be able to apologize (which she didn't) and diffuse a heated situation. She is very condescending and basically said it was our own fault for being there. We will be finding another orthodontist. I like Dr K- and the ladies in the back- but her administrative staff sucks.

When asked, "he said I did not have any kidney problems." He would not fill my diabetic, edema, or cholesterol meds, because he did not like them. Any one with any sense knows that if you have kidney disease you keep your Glucose and Bp under control. Not this doctor! Jan. 2019 Monfee's in-house labs showed my kidneys were in perfect shape. Really? Finally found new doctor in Oct. 2019 after being terminated by Monfee for no apparent reason in August, new labs showed I am knocking on the door of stage 4 kidney disease. Monfee's lab test Jan 2019 falsely stated results, He refused medications that could have slowed down the progress of kidney failure. I suffered for over a year with UTI's, severe back pain, no medications, only to be terminated for no apparent reason. Then when I tried to obtain a new doctor, every call I made to clinics and doctors, I was told, "that they would not accept me as a patient." Would not even give me an explanation. Someone was awfully busy to black-list me from so many clinics. I would not recommend this doctor for any health care. But I am very thankful to the new doctors I have now, very professional awesome people and they could teach Monfee a few things about providing proper care. If I would have had these great people for the past 2.5 years, I might not be preparing for my end of life this soon. Because when a doctor refuses to provide proper care and medications, your life is cut very short.

Weeks past after my procedure and I was numbed in the right side. I called his office and the receptionist talked to him and communicated back with me stating to give it time. More weeks passed and I was seen by him and his words were "it is what it is. There's nothing I can do". A year has passed and I am still numbed. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He is in this business for the money and has zero compassion for the clients.
