so much for, walk in's welcome. you are welcome to walk in but will walk right back out without service. I had my fake tooth come out on a Saturday morning. so I started looking for anyone that would help me. the only place open was Aspen. I went there because they claimed I could walk in and be seen. I absolutely did not want to go the whole weekend without my tooth (it happens to be right in the very front of my mouth). I got there right at 10:00 AM (they close at 1:00) I was denied service. They were not taking anymore walks that day apparently. So if you have a problem, you better make sure it's before they open and you can be the first one in or you definitely will not be welcome. read more

I had an appointment in January that was cancelled without my knowledge. I arrived early and was told there was a scheduling error and that they tried to contact me without success. I verified my information and told them I was not contacted. I rescheduled for this morning, arrived early, and was told by the receptionist that my appointment had been cancelled again without my knowledge. This time she said that the hygienist only worked certain days and that she was not in today...for my RE-SCHEDULED appointment. She asked if I wanted to RE-schedule again and I told her no thank you I would be looking for a new dentist. I have been a patient with the Aspen Dental company for over 5 years and have never been treated this way. I set aside 2 separate days for these appointments and they thought nothing of my inconvenience. read more

After a two hour drive to his first appointment with Aspen Dental in Russellville, Ar., my husband Michael was refused service because, according to the associate there, he "did not return the confirmation call". Well, he did return the call but just got a recording. It was not clear that he needed to press 2 or do anything. Especially after receiving the following email the day before: Hello Michael, We will see you tomorrow at 10:30 AM Just in case anything changes, call (479) 208-5733 and select option 2 so we can help you reschedule or cancel your appointment. Press 2 if needing to change or cancel, not confirm. Aspen Dental website also says that walk-ins are welcome, so why would he be turned away? Everything was misleading and led to my husband having to drive 2 hours home in pain. This was an awful experience for him. We will not be coming back but I hope you will follow up with some customer service training in the Russellville office. Or make your communications more clear for your patients. read more

My MedicareAdvantageBlue listed Aspen Dental dentists as oral surgeons, but, of course, when I called them, they said they have no oral surgeons on staff. Don't know how MedicareAdvantageBlue got their information, but you could save yourselves a lot of phone calls if you tried to get that information removed. read more

It has been years since I've seen a dentist. Everyone was kind and professional. I need some extensive work to be done and they break everything down so you know what's going on. Any questions will be answered. They are just wonderful, compassionate, people who know how to do their jobs. read more

I thought I would try this place since it took my insurance. Expected to get my teeth cleaned after the perfunctory dental xrays. Appt was at 2pm, was told to get their early, so got their at 130, waited in my car till 2pm. After half an hour Xray technician took a lot of films, took this as a good sign. Met with hygienist hoping to get my teeth cleaned. That was NOT going to happen. Waited another hour for the Dentist to explain my films. At 4pm, 2 hours later, no sign of the Dentist, and absolutely no idea when he would get around to me. There was no reason my teeth could not be cleaned. They just wanted to go through a 2 visit gingivitis treatment first, which would take 2 more appts, gosh knows how long, for $125 each not covered by my insurance. I recently was treated by this group. Very fine dental services. And the Dentist is very conservative. He only does work that is really needed. Very skilled and steady handed. My teeth were cleaned very well. I highly recommend them. You will find it challenging to find better care. All employees are knowledgeable and competent. read more

Just when I was thinking I might have to travel to Conway or Little Rock for my dental work, I found Dr. Loyd. He's not about being "fun" or chatty. He's the first dentist I've ever met who treats his work like a craft. Considering my family and I have been subjected to shoddy work by several other dentists in our county, Dr. Loyd's approach is a breath of fresh air. He cares about your pain (take note, Dr. Hodges!) and takes extra care to make sure you're comfortable. His staff is well-trained and also committed to excellence. Dinah is a dream; the nicest hygenist I've ever met. Like Dr. Loyd she's very proactive on numbing. She worked carefully to clean my teeth without hurting my gums. She also offered innovative products to help me get back on track. I've met my share of dental hygenists and Dinah is one of a kind. Leslie is a fantastic dental assistant. Having had an experience at another local denist where my cap was dropped on the floor and rinsed in the sink - putting long-term pain in my future - I really appreciate Leslie's commitment to professionalism and procedure. I am not from this area and just chose this office based on their convenient location. I thought that this was a great dental experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The assistant and hygienist were both very personable and efficient. The prices are well within a normal dental procedure would be. The dentist was friendly, kind and extremely helpful. I had a cleaning and X-rays as well as a mouth guard customized. The dentist was very helpful in making me feel comfortable. I'll be using this office again. read more

Horrible! One visit, 2 fillings on teeth that did not hurt. I honestly did not know that I had a cavity according to dentist. Now I can't chew on one side. The other side the tooth has a big clump of stuff on and can't bite down completely. Now I have got to find a dentist to fix because I really don't want yo go there again. read more

Absolutely NO stars!!!! This is literally one of the worst dentistry's you could ever go to!!! With the worst experience ever they make you pay $60 to wait for hours and yes just to sit forever and that's just paying for your spot to sit not for the visit or services!! And tell you that she's not going to do anything for you after all that time and money and still have to pay for the visit and service (what service?!?)!! May I mention it was for an emergency on top of it all!! Ended up being forced to go to the ER for her very large lack of compassion and caring ! They are careless , very very rude, definitely doe's not show any compassion or care about your physical pain or feelings, only in it for Hugh waudes of cash!! Aspen Dental in Russellville, Ar April 29, 2016 I would never recommend this company to anyone. After a comprehensive exam and x-rays in Aspen Dental office on 331 Weir Rd., Russellville, Ar. I was told that I needed an extensive periodontic theorpy that would cost me fortune. I called and requested to have manager called me back for discussing a right price for a simple cleaning instead of deep cleaning and some other procedures. Unfortunately, the manager who has never bothered to call me back for giving me an answer for the one procedure and right cost. They only want to do is to sell the whole package deal they would not do a simple procedure. This corporation primary goal is making profit rather than care more about their patients. read more

My first time here and it was terrible. Appointment was at 4:15, arrived at 4 and stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes before greeted by anyone. Then got X-ray done and they put me in a waiting room in which the dentist did not come in until 545... And when she did she was extremely rude with her dry comments about I needed to get done.
