Dr. Rita's Pharmacy handled transitioning all of mom's meds to new Houston doctors and has helped me navigate Medicare, etc. They anticipate mom's needs and are keenly aware of drug interactions. This is definitely a good location of CVS located by Kirkwood, although it can be a nightmare to get to over to the north side of the street, but it's useful having it over here when we happen to be here, and it's a pretty decent location for one of these awful big box pharmacies, and the parking lot is a little small but it's not bad. Believe it or not they're organic sweetener which is Agave, and it is really excellent and we can't really figure out why but it is. So we often come back just for that. It's cheaper than HEB and Walmart and tastes way better, even when it's not on sale. The Eckerd that was here before is now long gone, but you can find its replacement which is CVS which just bought it out, and it's not so different except for being more expensive, so if you're coming here looking for an Eckerd, don't come here, but if you're coming here looking for a pharmacy in general just keep on coming because it's a CVS with similarly high prices and basically the same products for the most part.
