    What a great team. I love how the pharmacists take time with the customers. Excellent service and always very professional. The best!

    This pharmacy is borderline criminal. They attempt to interfere with the medical care between my…read moredoctor and I. They attempt to play God when they are simply here to fill prescriptions. They put holds on prescriptions even after calling and confirming that it should be filled. Only to go in and being told they can't fill it... then tell it needs to be filled- so they say ok. All they have done is waste my time. This has happened multiple times while I am in severe pain. This place is unethical. It's not surprising they are failing as corporation. Use CostPlusDrugs instead of Walgreens whenever possible.

    I had to reschedule my procedure for 10/21/2025 due to the Walgreens pharmacy not finding the fax…read moremy doctor's office sent them twice. I called my doctor's office about 4:30 pm to inform them that Walgreens couldn't find their fax on 10/20/2025. My doctor's office then called Walfreen Pharmacy back with me on a third line to let them know it was faxed at 2:15 pm,10-20-2025. They informed us they had received the fax and that I should come about 5:45 pm to pick up the medicine. When I arrived there, I was told they didn't have it; it was a mistake. I went home very upset. I decided to call back to start a complaint. Finally, they answered and said they remember my doctor's office calling with me on the line. They identified me with the wrong birthday information. He proceeded to say I could come and get the medicine, and still start the dosage at 9 pm as long as I take the next dosages before the procedure, it was already 8:50 pm. My procedure was supposed to start 10/21/2025 at 9:30 am. My first dosage was supposed to be at 6 pm, and the other at 3 am before my surgery procedure. Now I will be charged a fee for rescheduling my procedure.

This is my worst experience with any Walgreens (I travel for a living. So I have to use lots of different Walgreens across the state of Texas. Because of a medication shortage, my doctor and a pharmacist has told me to call the pharmacy first before sending the prescription in case they are out. I called my local Walgreens and they were out so I called another Walgreens two blocks from where I move to over the Christmas holidays. I spoke with the pharmacist and she said they had the medication and could fill it so I called my doctor and they send the prescription. I received a text about an hour later saying that they had received my prescription and that They were processing it. When I showed up at the pharmacy and told them I was here to pick up my medication they said please hold while they talk to the pharmacist. the pharmacist then noticed I was not a regular so she would not fill my medication until she spoke with the doctor to verify the prescription that the doctor had just sent to them. I asked if there was something I could verify for them since my doctor had already sent this prescription. The pharmacist Tiem or Teim (can't remember the spelling exactly) Said she would not fill the medication because in her professional opinion, I shouldn't take that medication. Mind you, I spent close to a grand on testing to make sure that was the best medication for me. I am almost positive that since I wasn't a regular, they are hoarding medication to give to their select customers. Not once have I ever gone to a pharmacist for a medical opinion I go to a doctor. So my question is, is this pharmacist Correct or are the 25 other pharmacist that fill my prescriptions trying to harm me?? WALGREENS CORPORATE CAN YOU ANSWER THIS QUESTION? I then call Issac at the Mason Road Walgreens and he proceeds to tell me it's Walgreens policy to only answer that call about items in stock from the actual doctor. So I asked to speak to the pharmacist and Issac hung up on me. Issac Lied because I called customer relations and asked if that was their policy. It is not their policy. Why are Walgreens pharmacists allowed to treat Walgreen customers horribly? All of this while I'm trying to leave town for my daughter's wedding. WALGREENS CORPORATE IS THIS HOW Y'ALL WANT TO RUN YOUR PHARMACIES ?? Customers have a hard enough time with the shortage going on in finding their medication to be treated bad by a pharmacist that's hoarding medicine. And also look down upon because my doctor prescribed me a medication that they don't like. Is Walgreens actually hiring doctors to count medicine now? I'm going to make it my mission now to get as many people to stop going to Walgreens as I can. That shouldn't be very hard considering the service we are receiving, which is none!

    I went in to Walgreens to buy my mom a blood pressure monitor. I found a good one by Omron 7 series…read moreand purchased it in the pharmacy area. On the way out of the store I passed by an end so display with some Kinder Joy chocolate candy eggs. These little delicious candy eggs are normally $2 or more each and there was a sale get 2 of them for $3! I grabbed 4 because my kids love them and they love the little toys inside of them also. I couldn't resist since they were $1.50 each! Once at the front register, I was waiting in line for my turn to checkout. I noticed the cashier TREASURE seemed to be training a new employee. He was to the side of her observing her transactions with customers. The lady in front of me was buying cosmetics. I noticed the cashier made her aware of coupons whee she could save an additional $3 off each item. The customer was happy and I was impressed that the cashier helped to save her money. How nice. Now it was my time to check out. The same cashier TREASURE began to ring up my Kinder Joy eggs. My total was $8 plus. At the point I wasn't thinking. After I paid, I asked her how much was each egg. She seemed annoyed that I asked. They rang up $1.99 each. I told her that they were on sale for 2 for $3. She looked at me like what am I supposed to do. I asked should I go back to the end cap and take a picture to show you that they are on sale. I wanted the sale price. At this point there was little line forming. She said I could go and dale a picture if I wanted to. She was very short, matter of fact and unbothered by the fact that the candy rang up higher than advertised. I put my bag with my blood pressure monitor and the eggs I just bought to the side and went back and took a photo of the display clearly showing the eggs were on sale. I got back in line, by this time there were three customers in front of me so I waited my turn. When I got back up to the counter and showed her the photo, she told me that the eggs are ringing up $1.99 and even though she sees the sale price they were $1.99. I told her I did not want the candy eggs if you can't honor the big sale price on the display. She did not say another single word to me. I could see her displeasure with helping me. She returned all 4 eggs. I said this is unbelievable that Walgreens will not honor the price advertised. What really shocked me about TREASURE is I saw how nice and helpful she was with this other customer. I was very nice and I do not know why I got a different attitude. Even more surprising was she was training someone. That is not a good way to show a new employee how to handle returns or price adjustments. You are suppose to be as cheerful with a customer who needs a price adjustment as you are when making a sale. After returning all the eggs and turn around and re-rang them up at the sale price and then told me I would receive a $2 + credit on my debit card. She handed me my receipt. There was no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I felt very unwelcome as if I were an inconvenience to her workday. No one wants to feel like that when they leave a store. I made a point of looking at her name tag before I left because I knew I was going to write this review. I don't feel a cashier who doesn't know how to handle customers with returned or price adjustments with a kind friendly manner should be training new employees. Instead she needs to be coached on how to be friendly and helpful no matter what the challenge. I try to put a positive spin on most of my reviews but I did not leave this Walgreens feeling good.

The prescription and pharmacy…read morestaff issues are legendary and 100% accurate, but then this week they even got UPS in on their nonsense. They are a UPS Access Point. Dropped off a package (envelope) on a Sunday evening for next day air, so it should have been picked up Monday, delivered Tuesday. By Wednesday, the system still showed it at the drop off location. Worked with UPS to confirm that it was scanned at drop off by the clerk and then....nothing. UPS got no response. So I had to physically go there, ask them to locate the package in the store (which they were less than thrilled to do), and there it was...sitting on the floor behind the counter with 2 more packages. So did UPS just not pick up for the last few days? "I don't know." Deadpan, zero concern. Same clerk who is there regularly, not a new employee. In fact, it's the same employee who accepted the package on Sunday, and the best/worst part is that during the interaction at drop off, she was told it was a wallet left behind that desperately needed to get to its owner. If you have packages - especially next day air, perhaps important? - and they don't pick up, don't you contact them? "I don't know." Would I have *ever* known the package wasn't being shipped out if I hadn't spent time chasing it through UPS? "I don't know." They clearly give zero...well, you know. Had to take the package back and then drive to a UPS Store a few miles away to have it actually sent out. I strongly suggest you save yourself a trip and do the same from the start.
