I loved this pharmacy. I was traveling from the Hill Country and going way north of Houston. As we approached Houston, I searched Yelp for "Compounding Pharmacy" and this one came up. I called them and explained that I couldn't wait too long, and the staff was extremely accommodating. I was so impressed, that I will refill my prescription there by mail. I spoke to Linda M, PharmD, Moniquea M, CPhT, and Yascada M, CPhT, who all confirmed the ETA of today 8/23 by 12:30p for the pain-relieving cream we desperately needed. However, when I showed up, they couldn't find the prescription or the order. I showed them all the text messages from their team yet I was then told, "Sorry, we won't be able to fill it today. Please wait until next week." Useless.... UPDATE: Huge thanks to Grace Pharmacy & Compounding! They truly go above and beyond for their customers--staying 30 minutes past closing to ensure our prescription was filled. Grace Pharmacy & Compounding was also cheaper! read more

Absolute professionalism and friendly knowledgeable staff. Accommodating to my needs as it pertains to my prescription. The staff usually calls me as a courtesy about a week before my prescription runs out, to inform me that I no longer have refills and a new prescription from my doctor would be necessary; would I like them to call it in for me. I find this to be very thoughtful on their behalf; not all pharmacies do that. To me this is important due to the type of prescription that I have and the frequency in which I am prescribed to take it. I highly recommend this pharmacy for your compounding needs. The owner is actually from the area and you can tell he takes pride in providing excellent member service. I used another compounding pharmacy and they were good but this place is phenomenal. I have 14# older dog that had Cushing's disease and compound his Trilostain. The other pharmacy missed it in peanut butter that had to be scooped out on the little tray, CCP mixes the meds in a dry peanut butter treat that all we have to do is pop it out. It is so much easier, the does is consistent since none is left in the tray. I highly recommend this pharmacy. read more

This is the friendliest most cooperative pharmacy I have ever been too. It feels homey in the waiting room while crazy professional in the back, which you can see exactly what is going on with your prescriptions while you wait. They are the only pharmacy I know of that has a clean room right there, where they can do injectables for diabetics, infectious diseases, etc. and you can see it. The owner is so polite and professional and so is his staff. It makes me feel good to know my needs are well looked after here. They really go the extra mile here. read more

WARNING! This pharmacy told me the price was $45 on the phone, but when I got there the price was suddenly $90. DETAILS: I had 2 prescriptions filled at this pharmacy about 3 months ago. The cost was $45 for the 1st prescription and $80 for the 2nd. So 3 months go by and they called me today to see if I wanted to refill my prescriptions. So I asked them the prices to refill. They told me $45 and $80. When I got there to pick it up, they said the $45 prescription was going to be $90. When I questioned them about the price, they said they made a mistake. I said the $45 price is what I paid the last time and they confirmed that same price on the phone today. They said whoever sold me the medication for $45 last time made a mistake. In the end, they would not honor the $45 price they told me over the phone. As a result, I didn't buy either medication and they lost me as a customer forever. Now, let's calculate the cost of their mistake. If they would have sold me the medication for $45 instead of $90, let's assume they lost $45 on that sale. The other medication I was going to buy today was $80. They probably make $40 profit on that one. So they only would have lost $5, but kept me as a customer going forward. And what's the potential profit on keeping me as a customer? I am on both of these medications for life. Let's assume I'm willing to pay the $90 and the $80 in the future. That's $170 cost to me every 90 days and $85 profit for the pharmacy. That's $340 profit for the pharmacy every year. Over the next 30 years that's $10,200 in potential profit lost on just those 2 medications; all because they were worried about losing $5 today on an employee mistake. If you add the customers they're going to lose on this review, the cost of that mistake is even higher. If I was the owner, I would make sure I had managers that understand both math and the value of keeping your word. read more
