My most recent encounter was having my prescription sent to another pharmacy after I completed the pharmacy information request on their form. If they don't bother to read, why bother completing it. There couldn't possibly be a worse example of uncaring, laziness from a group that you must entrust with your overall managed care. Tread lightly with this office. Even when they leave you a message with a phone number, that number goes straight to a call center that is clearly sourced outside the country. They are not able to help in any way. When I requested they connect me to the actual clinic I am put on hold for several minutes and then they come back to let me know nobody at the clinic will pick up the phone. This has happened several times. Appointments are canceled and rescheduling is difficult. Once you are out of the office there is ZERO opportunity to speak with a doctor or nurse. Literally to get a prescription refilled you have to make an appointment because talking to somebody over the phone at the clinic is impossible.
