I personally wouldn't recommend the office just based on what I went through today. if you like being given the runaround and sent back and forth between locations, this is the place for you.

I am extremely disappointed and angry at the fact that the negligence of these health professionals had let it get this far and out of hand for me to pay $250 to the ER FOR A DIAGNOSIS OF THE FLU! IT IS FLU SEASON YET NO ONE DECIDED TO SWAB FOR FLU OR STREP! The office manager states "Well no one hasn't been really coming here with the flu". This place is by far the worst physicians office I have ever visited! I won't be back, even if my life depended on it. They would probably let me die anyway considering they had done nothing for me when I was literally feeling like death the two times I visited in the same week! THANKS FOR NOTHING! Also forgot that they even billed me for an additional ~$200 for both visits. Tried to dispute the bill with the office manager regarding negligence and improper patient care, however she deducted $20 and said that was all about she could do. Thanks so much once again, because you guys did nothing but take my money to pay your awful physicians who couldn't even test me for the flu! Knowing how bad and red my throat was, didn't even attempt to swab for strep. This place is a joke!

Not only is he a great doctor, but he takes time with his patients, explains things well and provides a solid recommendations. I solicited his opinions several times for other family members as well. Having grown up outside of the United States, where becoming MD is not a ticket to the millionaire club I noticed that these days more and more MD's career choices are motivated by income and far less by desire to help. Dr. Debroeck is a true doctor! Honest, knowledgeable, always with a smile and a great sense of humor even in harsh situations. He puts his patients first! Frankly after ten years I cannot say enough praise about the man and his staff. Some years ago a friend of mine who recently immigrated to the US and did not have PCP got sick. After talking to several doctors, this person asked me to help, I recommended Dr. Debroeck and went along to translate. Dr. Debroeck suspected hypothyroidism and ordered the blood work. He was 100% correct in his diagnosis. While I can go on and on with great examples, I can conclude that the world would be a better place if each one of us was more like Dr.Debroeck.

I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.

I understand doctors have limited time, but an initial visit should allow enough time to listen and understand the patient--especially when someone is coming in with specific concerns and looking for a new direction in their healthcare.
