SCAMMERS I went to the clinic with a Groupon for 20 units of Botox for $150 ($7.50/unit) to treat crows feet. There were no results, so I returned to the clinic for a touch up of 12 units. (In all my years of receiving Botox I've NEVER had to pay for a touchup.) Z Med forced me to pay $156 for 12 units! ($13/unit) Today, after zero results, I called the office manager, Cheri, & she said I can come in for more units but I'll have to pay AGAIN. If I get another 20 units it will put me at a total of *52 units* & $566 for crows feet, which is absurd. I asked Cheri for a refund of the $306 I paid & SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Completely unprofessional! My credit card company has already agreed to do a chargeback & refund my money. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. (Bad business sense on their part because this review alone will cost them more than $306 in revenue & I'm getting a refund anyway.) read more

Please beware! If you are having any type of medical concerns, post pain this business for your compounded medication. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes to speak to someone about complications with this medication. By the time, Sherry, "office manager" , had zero solutions. While I understand, she's not a medical professional, and can only handle things from a computer, the lack of understanding, patience, an urgency with a medical concern related to medication prescribed was astronomical. You will spend an exorbitant amount of money at this place with people who are not credentialed to answer anything more than a phone. They gave me the runaround about retrieving my own medical records, would not put me in contact with the physician assistant, it would not give or provide first or last names. This place is scary! Be mindful of coordinating with any company who is run by a medical director who is not present! This place is filled with nothing but incompetence. Beware. I have been here several times for dysport, and filler. i have always been 100% happy. The doctor & staff are so friendly, and informative. The doctor is always super gentle with the injections, constantly asking if i am ok, and checking on me. I have never had to wait to be "pulled back" for my appointment, which is nice. i usually do my visits during my lunch break. oh and there are always amazing specials that are offered. 5 stars! I'm so tired of clinics hiring people to work the front desk that have attitudes. If you don't like the public please stop working at jobs being a receptionist/medical assistant. You are the first people patients see before even getting to see the doctor. In my opinion if the front desk personal is nasty, unprofessional and unsympathetic then how will the doctor be? Pretty much the same in some cases. I went to this location to get my Semaglutide injection today. This was my second time in this office. For injections only you don't need an appointment at this location. You can walk in this office and get your injection. Well this particular office ran out of the Semaglutide. I sat there in the office for about 15 minutes before I was called back to the injection room. When I came in I noticed one of the front desk staff was on the phone Anisa and the other lady was not. No one acknowledged me at all with any type of greeting. I signed in and took a seat. No one greeted me or asked what I was there for. At that time it should've been said and/or a sign that this office was out of the Semaglutide injection. Nothing!!!! I was finally called to the injection room by Anisa who clearly seemed to have an attitude. When I entered she asked what was I there for. When you sign in it clearly indicates if you are there for a injection or an appointment. I indicated an injection when I signed in. Then she began to look into the computer and didn't see where I'd been to that office at all. I'd been there for my initial appointment and my first injection. At this point I'm sure my pressure was elevated by her behavior. There was no way I was allowing her to give me an injection with her attitude and snappiness. I asked if any other office has the injection. Anisa stated let her go and check. Well she never came back Vanessa came back to the room. I explained the rude, snappiness attitude I just encountered with Anisa. She apologized saying they were short staffed and maybe this was the reason for her snappiness. I AM SO TIRED OF HEARING THIS EXCUSE from doctors offices. This is NOT the patients problem. Any office dealing with the public or any type of office should run smoothly no matter what. As the patient we should NEVER know the back end on what's going on in the office. It's a poor management staff that allows their employees to tell that information to patients. I asked Vanessa what other office I could go to because after Anisa I am done with that particular location. Her behavior is unexceptionable. The last time I was in the office Anisa acted like I was asking too many questions and kept referring me to the paperwork given to me by the PA. Then when I called in she's always short and rushing me through my conversations. Yes this is not the first encounter with Anisa's attitude. Vanessa comes back and said the Greenbriar office has some injections and she gave my name and said to the office I was on my way. Only did (I'm sure Vanessa knew this) she know the office closed at 3PM. She told me to go there they have my name and can help me. After a 35 minute drive in busy traffic I reached the office only to know they were closed. Natalie, office manager at Greenbriar said they were closed but she'll accommodate me because I was there and had an issue with the CyFair location. They gave me the injection. This office also stated they got a call and someone checked on having the injection but NEVER gave my name nor did they say I was coming in today. I guess this was a way of Vanessa not having to deal with me and sent me to another office. People do you not think we are the consumer/customer/patient aren't going to let others know how we were treated at businesses? This was truly unacceptable all the way around. I will not be returning to the CyFair location ever. read more

Charged me for a no show fee on the date of my appointment (because they had me confused w a diff patient) , I have left 4 voicemails and they will not return calls, 4 weeks since my blood work was taken and have no results.
