I took my 3 year old daughter for the first time to get gel polish on her toes and fingernails while I got a pedicure. The staff were very friendly and patient with my daughter! The nails were adorable and she even added a little heart design to my daughter's nails. The pedicure was relaxing and she was very thorough. This is a very awful experience that I have. My friend and I went to the spa, she was going to dry her nail without shoes in the lobby. An Asian male staff touched my shoulder requested me to take my friends shoes to her. I asked that asain male staff that she paid you tips, and place her shoes to her isn't my job, as a customer. And I request that staff stop touching me. If you are a female customer, please speak up if any male staff touch you in the spa and believe you have a right not to bring your friends shoes if she pay tips to the staff.. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for quite a while, and although this specific occurrence has been my first true negative experience there personally, I've seen it happen time and time again when I'm there - which is the reason for this review. I had an appointment with my regular nail tech (who I go to every two weeks), and when I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment, I am told by the salon manager it'll be at least an hour wait because he has to take one of the walk-ins that has been sitting there for a couple hours. While I do understand that it's a pain to wait that long as a walk-in, my question is: what is the point of making an appointment?? In the past, I've seen this happen to quite a few people that walk in the door with an appointment, only to be told it'll be at least an hour before their tech can get to them. I guess I've just been fortunate enough that this hasn't happened to me until now. They continually overbook. It's extremely frustrating and I can no longer take my chances on scheduling an appointment here. Lost a longtime client, which is upsetting because I really enjoyed my nail tech. read more

Moderately to high priced for the work you receive. The have no sense of time at all, so don't bother making an appointment you'll be waiting just as long as if you didn't. But they do good work if you're not picky, if you are this ain't the place for you because they're in too much of a hurry to ask how you like them shaped. read more

I had an appointment for 12:30 on a Saturday. I walked in at 12:27 and added my name to the list, being sure to indicate I had a 12:30 appt. I left at 1:00pm because I hadn't been seen yet. I can't review the quality of the service, but can validate other comments about long wait times and the pointlessness of making an appointment. read more

Made an appt here for 4 girls to get prom nails done this past Friday. Made appt with plenty of time in advance and made sure to ask if they were able to accommodate 4 girls before booking. They said it would not be a problem. Appt was for 3:30pm. When we walked in and told them we had an appt for 3:30 we were told that there were 3 people in front of us still. They did not start our service until 4:45! An hour and 15 minutes later. We were all so annoyed and the owner acted like it was not a big deal. We had mentioned how we work in the service industry and would never allow a guest to book an appt and then have them wait an over an hour.The owner said that if we were in a big city it would be normal to wait 2 to 3 hours past an appt time before being seen. Well we were in Ashland Ohio.NOT a big city. We also wanted to confirm that they actually did appts, so we asked the owner and he said stated yes that they did.. but that the also want to make sure they can see anyone who may walk in also. So really then, no you do not adhere to appts premade. While we were there another lady had walked in stating she had an appt. They waited about 45 minutes before she let them know that they were going to just have to go because they had somewhere they needed to be. So so unprofessional. Which is ashame because when walking inside this establishment it looks like it has so much potential. But unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anyone. The prices at this place were also outrageous.. especially when they have no qualms to follow through with appt times. Just so highly disappointed all around. read more

Terrible experience! My mom and I went here yesterday and after looking at her nails I noticed they were all different length and shapes. Looked like a kid did them. After I mentioned it to the staff he said it was her nail bed. I asked what her nail bed had to do with the length and he said he'd fix it. Worst nail experience ever! The man who did mine was very abrasive and rude. Was on his cell phone the whole time calling and texting, and would walk away for various amounts of time. He was squeezing and twisting my fingers and causing uncomfortable amount of pain. My nails are already popping off within minutes of leaving. Called about refund and they were not professional and yelled at me on the phone. read more

My friend and I went for a mani and pedi and within a few days one of my toes was very red and infected. I'm very disappointed and upset and it makes me question why they don't just use new tools each time on every customer or disinfect the tools properly. Nails are usually crooked and a little uneven they don't do a lot of designs either but they are fast and have a very pretty salon

First time at this salon, thought I'd try it out since they just opened. Seriously the worst experience ever. To start, he RIPPED off all my old nails even though I was wincing in pain and only 1 of them was lifted/ falling off. Then he replaced them and cut them over a quarter inch shorter than I asked for. They are literally not even able to feel that they have a tip, I can literally see my finger ABOVE my nail. They're TINY, and he cut 2 of my fingers with the drill. It'll be AT LEAST a month before there's even any nail to notice there's a tip on them. Ugh. Super upset with them.... and I paid $70 for them!!!! This isn't even half of what I want to say, but I think you get the idea.... read more

I went back today to have them fixed, walked in at 9:57 (they open at 10 but the sign was on) and was told there is an hour wait. I rolled with it and left for an hour and came back. Coming here ruined my morning. I waited for nearly an hour to get service (they said 15min wait), meanwhile the employees were showing no sense of urgency. In fact, the person doing my nails was on his phone. I was charged extra for things I was unaware of and didn't feel compelled to tip in the slightest.
