B) Affordability - the price has changed a bit over the years, but I still can get away with a good haircut, wash, and tip for about $15-$16.00. C) Flexibility - I have a crazy schedule at times, and both Sandy and Darcy have worked with me to meet my needs. I've had haircuts at 7:30 in the morning (when that was the only time I could make it in) and squeezed onto their normal evening hours (in order to give me what I needed). It took two weeks to get an appointment…read more On my appointment day my hair dresser was almost a half hour late then took her another 15 minutes before actually looking at my hair and see what I wanted which I had told them previously. She then tells me no that she can't do the colors I wanted and that my hair would melt. I'd decided on the color months ago and so I was not prepared to change the color that moment so I told them I'd have to reschedule after I looked at other options. Later that evening I received a call from the establishment that they were refunding my money. They we're refusing to do my hair at a later date. It's been over a week now and I've yet to receive my refund. I went to another salon who was more then happy and qualified to do what I wanted. I was told by more then one salon employee that their response was ridiculous and that they didn't want to take the 3 1/2 hours needed to do my hair. Very unprofessional!!

Hello I'm a loooong time customer of over 30 years- even with them changing names. Made an appointment a week ahead of time for a full set pedicure gel polish. They chose to only write down that I was getting a regular fill on my fingernails. To start, please steer clear of this new Morgan. I had never had her before but am always willing to give someone new a shot. I am a great tipper and happy to do so and normally offer a minimum of 50 dollars for my mani and pedi every single time to my nail techs. Instead she stood up in the middle of my appointment in front of everyone in the room and told me that if I didn't like my nails then she would pay for my pedicure just so she wouldn't have to deal with me anymore. I insisted on paying and she screamed at me to leave the store. She was not the owner of the store. And the person who was covering of the store( I think his name was Robert too) just stood there and let it happen.... he told me if I wanted it fixed to go find some other nail salon. What the fuck ? Morgan then ended up not finishing my pedicure (on purpose) and forced me to leave even with me offering to pay what was due. I am not out to screw employees out of their money. I am a very very generous tipper always as I know what it's like to be a waitress. . It was seriously scary how someone can handle their loyal customers so viciously. Someone who was willing to pay the EXTRA AMOUNT to have her nails corrected to an actual nail shape. Again this appointment was made 5 days in advance . And when I looked at what they had written down for my appointment, it wasn't even what unrequested. I requested gel mani and pedi and the lady once again gave me a hard time because I wanted a gel pedicure which is what I made that appointment for. If you have money hungry nail techs at your salon just know I will never come there again. I am someone who doesn't tip less than 50 bucks to my nail tech if I am met with what I asked for and God for bid, respect. What happened to earning your tip honestly and not out of guilting the customer? I am very close with Mayor Matt Miller And Melanie Miller and their family and have told them how I was treated at your salon. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves and learn how to take constructive criticism and realize it's not people out to get you, they just simply want, what they paid for.

I don't think the stylist had done afro-textured hair before, which led to a very low quality trim and straightening of my kid's hair. $40 price seemed higher than others places we've been to, also. I wouldn't recommend this salon for people with curly or kinky hair.
