Luckily for us, 3 Petals took those wise words and said "hold my champagne." We gave 3 Petals team a large task of 270 guests, a moody romantic theme, picky eaters, quality drinks, amazing food, and a floral chandelier that made us gasp. Not only did the team understood the assignment, they handled all of it without missing a beat. We can't talk about 3 Petals without talking about the staff. And we have to start with Ashley, because she deserves every thank you we could give. As our POC for the entire year leading up to the wedding, she was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. Every email answered promptly, every question, no matter how small, was met with patience and clarity. It felt like planning a wedding with a friend who genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. Ashley truly set the tone for what the entire 3 Petals experience would feel like, and that standard carried through every single interaction with their team. The venue staff as a whole are warm, genuine, and flexible. You can tell they actually love what they do. The venue itself is a true blank canvas. We wanted a moody, romantic theme and 3 Petals team suggested maroon draping. Game changer. It completely transformed the space and gave the room a warm and intimate atmosphere. The team provided extra lighting to balance the moodiness of the room and made sure our linen choices tied everything together perfectly. Their in-house rentals are fairly priced, their florist team is incredibly talented, and the floral chandelier they created was honestly more stunning in person than anything we had imagined. Since they have established relationships with so many local vendors, coordinating everyone was smooth and stress-free. Now the food. We need to talk about the food because this is where 3P truly shines. Many of our guests were from families of great cooks. We are talking picky Asian moms and aunties who will absolutely let you know if something did not meet the mark. Every single one of them complimented the food. This was the highlight of the wedding for us. We went with Signature Menu 2 and swapped the first course for cocktail hour bites, and that decision alone was worth it. We had tried the cocktail food at our tasting and knew immediately it was going to be a hit, but the actual wedding night confirmed it. Every single item was amazing. The curry shrimp was juicy and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of curry flavor, served on a crispy bite that had the most satisfying crunch. The halibut ceviche was a fresh, beautifully executed Asian fusion take. And the filet beef cubes were tender, soft, and seasoned so perfectly that every single bite felt intentional. And those were just the appetizers. Dinner raised the bar even higher. Our front runners from the moment we tried them were the twice cooked short ribs and the steamed sea bass, and they delivered on the wedding night exactly as promised. The short ribs fell completely off the bone and melted in your mouth. The sea bass was incredibly fragrant and cooked to perfection. The soup was delicate yet packed with generous amounts of shrimp and crab, and they did not skimp on a single thing. And the lobsters with garlic noodles? Bomb! All our guests raved about these dishes. The compliments did not stop at the wedding either. Weeks later, guests were still bringing up the food unprompted. That speaks volumes about what By 3 Petals puts on the table. Our guests really came for the wedding and stayed for the drinks. The full top shelf bar meant every cocktail actually tasted like a cocktail. No watered down drinks, no flimsy plastic cups, just well-made cocktails served right. The venue went above and beyond by helping us craft his and her signature drinks. It was a small personalized detail that got people talking all night and made the bar feel like part of the experience rather than just a table in the corner. From the very beginning, Ann was incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She held planning meetings with us weeks out to review and refine our timeline, kept every vendor in the loop with tentative and final timelines, coordinated certificates of insurance, venue layouts, and vendor agreements across our entire team, which included our photographer, content creator, florist, DJ, photo booth, hair and makeup, Korean paebaek ceremony team, and more. She even caught a last-minute detail in our paebaek timeline and proactively followed up with the paebaek vendor to make sure the ceremony flow and music were perfectly aligned. No detail slipped through the cracks. On the day of, Ann and her team handled all the setup and kept everything moving. This was especially impressive because our venue had a couple of hiccups, including being delayed on the venue turn and falling behind on meal service, but Ann calmly and quickly made the necessary adjustments to keep us on schedule. We barely noticed any of these issues as they were happening, which speaks volumes about how proactively she managed things behind the scenes. She truly absorbed those stressors so we didn't have to. Ann always kept us in the loop while simultaneously shielding us from the chaos that inevitably comes with a big wedding day. Let me tell you... planning a wedding is no small feat, especially when you don't want to bother family and friends. Ann was able to step in and help us through the planning process. I provided Ann with a very vague idea of what my desired aesthetic was. I am so indecisive and totally not creative/artistic but she stood by us with the utmost patience and supported the vision. She pitched ideas and different variations of vendors or styles we could go with. I was always trying to respect her business hours but would text her random questions whenever I'd think of them just so I don't forget... and even during her off hours she would get back to me. She's extremely customer centric in everything that she does. She checked in with us through the whole process, she never pushed us to do things we didn't want to do, never pushed us to spend money that was unnecessary, made sure we stuck to the timeline, made sure the wedding was running seamlessly... Jesus if I were to sit here and type it all out, I might have a novel. The wedding was PERFECT from design to execution and all the vibes! I can definitely say Ann & her team made it possible. I cannot recall one second of the wedding where I was needed for anything which really goes to show she was able to handle everything seamlessly. We met Eliza when touring a venue for our wedding that required everything to be brought in. She…read moredid not sell us on anything and when we were asking about how the set up would be, she shared that she had experience at this venue and that she was a planner. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless. Mike and Robyn are SO organized and top of things, and made the process so simple for us! All of the vendors were provided to us and were all incredible! The florist, DJ, catering company, decorations, videographer, Photo Booth,, all of it! Both Mike and Robyn are extremely personable, very responsive and easy to talk to. The whole planning process went extremely smoothly and we were so excited for the outcome and to see it all come together. We were absolutely blown away the day of our wedding!!!! Their team is absolutely incredible as well. By the time we showed up to the venue, most everything was put together already and everyone was working so hard and so well together to make our day exactly the way we envisioned it. All of their staff was so helpful throughout the whole event and really made the day and night truly spectacular. We've received MULTIPLE compliments from guests about how gorgeous it all was and how amazing the staff was. We cannot recommend The Red Horse Barn highly enough!!!

Our family recently celebrated our son's HS graduation party at XO Lounge. We had a wonderful…read morebeginning-to-end experience that included incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional communication with Jamie--the main contact in charge of booking, planning, and operational oversight. On the day of the event, Hope, Hai, Lola (bartender) and the remaining staff were unbelievably helpful, accommodating--and integral to our efficient set-up and smooth execution of a successful celebration. XO Lounge is a very posh venue with modern décor. The nightclub vibe and setup provided the core foundation--that minimized decorative needs for our graduation-themed event. Our event hosted approximately 150 guests--that we comfortably housed in the smaller nightclub event area. Despite opting out of seated dining, our area easily accommodated our guests with the use of the booths and lounge-style sofa set-up for central-space seating. We still had surplus space leftover--that was allocated for the dance floor and bar area. The nightclub further opens into an enclosed courtyard--allowing for additional cocktail tables, bar stools, and lounge-roaming for our guests. Our party featured a standard photo-booth setup with an 8-ft props table--as well as a 360-spinning video-booth in the front entryway lobby area (just to the left of entrance). Our 360-video-booth included an inflatable enclosure--that successfully fit in the entryway alcove. Our rented XO Lounge space features a stage with a floor-to-ceiling TV-grid. This large multi-screen TV--along with dozens of TVs lining the entire room-walls--cycled a slideshow of our graduate's photos throughout the evening. XO Lounge further features a full PA system, DJ plug-ins for surround sound (you must provide your own DJ/music/equipment), full nightclub equipment (e.g. spinning disco-ball light machines, fog machines, laser strobing, etc.), full bar & bartender staff, etc. I LOOVED that XO included all the needed tables of various lengths and sizes--with fitted fabric *tablecloths* included. Fabric tablecloths may seem like a minimal feature, but fitted cloth coverings elevate a sophisticated aesthetic while alleviating the patron from the added costs for these supplies. Hope oversaw our function and was so attentive--always offering to help with literally *anything*--to reduce stress for the hosts (I really appreciated that!). The venue was surprisingly affordable--with a nominal outside-catering fee; the staff were professional and delightful; and the party space and outdoor-courtyard areas fit our guests, photo/video-booths, food vendors, Welcome table, Sweets table, and largescale Balloon Arch. XO Lounge features one-stop-shop booking and planning services for all party needs, (i.e. catering, decoration, DJ, photo-booth vendors, etc.)--though we did not partake of these additional offerings. Hosting an event on this scale is stressful (IYKYK), but this venue and staff minimized the stress and streamlined our experience for a fantastic celebration. Our family would definitely book with XO lounge again for future event planning needs--and would highly recommend to our friends, family, and others. Our guests had the BEST time; and we had a GREAT PARTY celebrating our newest grad!

My husband and I were so lucky to work with Katie at B&B as our planner throughout this process, and she was such a blessing to have in our corner!!! To start, she provided great organizational resources that immediately made everything feel like it was manageable, with her detailed checklist really being the backbone of this entire process for us. We really looked forward to our check-ins with her because not only were they productive, but always a collaborative effort between us and her. She always made us feel heard, and when we had an idea, nothing ever seemed impossible to execute, as she helped us figure out how to make things we wanted happen. We opted for her services about a year out from our wedding day, and through every step, check point, and to-do list item, she walked us through anything we needed and always delivered when we needed her and even above and beyond. In addition to how supportive she was throughout the planning process, she also coordinated our whole wedding day flawlessly. She thinks of how things are going to be executed seamlessly and does the work of problem solving with you beforehand so that the day goes as smoothly as possible, and that it did for us. She's extremely professional and also did wonderfully at communicating with our vendors to ensure we were all on the same page.
