At this point the person that supposed recieved the arrangement left work since they delivery never arrive in the time frame the agree on. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

I received an email and a phone call back and the owner Hannah was very apologetic and wanted to make me a new flower arrangement to replace it. I was surprised because I didn't ask for a replacement or request my money back. This was just the service level Hannah provides. Of course my wife was over the moon to get new flowers and they are doing great. I'll be back soon for another purchase!

We knew the owner (Neelu) and had seen some her designs and awards previous to this, but we did NOT expect the flowers to be THAT good.
