Pretty upsetting that on the day of the delivery nobody answered the phone and the flowers didn't arrive on the time been. At his point don't know if they legit or if the flower will ever arrive. I trusted the company based on the reviews. But I may be there first bad review or maybe the only real one. At this point the person that supposed recieved the arrangement left work since they delivery never arrive in the time frame the agree on. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. Last summer I had a three day work event which included dinner at a restaurant in Laguna beach, a catered cocktail hour with live music before whisking our group to at Pageant of the Masters and on the third day a tour of our property. Most locals know that each year POM has a different theme, summer of 24, the theme was fashion a la mode. We were planning this event months in advance of the actual event, we had very little art inspiration to use for decorations and gifting. I called Madison at Love and Bloom and explained our low decor budget and the color theme concept. She seemed to intuitively know exactly what we were looking for! We had some mini bouquets, medium sized and one large one that were all so gorgeous! Madison worked with me on figuring out the most time and cost effective way to get these bouquets to the restaurant and to our property. She gave great advice to help us store the flowers over the three days and when we discovered that some of the flowers froze due to our super cold fridge, Madison saved the day by rushing over to replace the sad frozen flowers with fresh ones before the cocktail hour!
