I was very upset because my intention was to register my car asap. So the business closed and she hadn't sent the quote or followed up with me. This is disgusting part of Augusta service is mediocre and lacking a sense of urgency. When I did get a quote, it wasn't believable or to be transparent it was 3 times what I was paying previously. I felt out of sorts and lost all respect for this office. Pricey and my gut instinct left me feeling disrespected and distrustful of these incompetent agents.
