Consumer Warning Regarding Prime Irrigation…read more I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We signed a written agreement for lawn care services and paid in advance. The agreed-upon services were not completed. After discussing the issue, the owner acknowledged the situation and agreed to refund us $550. Despite that agreement, the refund has not been paid. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and have been given refund dates that have come and gone without payment. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to reach a resolution, but we are still waiting for either the promised refund or a concrete payment plan. What concerns me most is that while this issue remains unresolved, we have been blocked by the business, and the company appears to continue taking on new customers and projects. I am not sharing this to be vindictive--I am sharing it because if I had known beforehand that I might have to spend this much time and effort trying to recover money that was acknowledged as owed to me, I would have made a different decision. If the refund is paid and the matter is resolved, I will update this post accordingly. As of today, however, we have not received the $550 refund that was agreed upon. This summer Jenny charged me an additional $1200 to put drainage in the patio which should've been done in the first place I have tried without success to contact Jenny to get this problem rectified however she has chosen not to answer my phone calls. Again, do not hire this company. She will not stand by her work and her work is shotty at best. Jenny and her company have taken advantage of a recently widowed woman and refuses to contact me. This woman has no business in landscaping as she has no clue what she's doing.
