I went to pick up my purchased mattress. The associates at the window were fast and friendly. There's a sign that says to anticipate a wait of up to an hour but I didn't really think I'd wait that long for 1 item! I should of known there would indeed be a wait when the young lady at the desk said "help yourself to a free soda while you wait" . I waited about 30 minutes and then they called a gentleman that had come in after me. At that point I asked the associate if they had forgotten me and he stated that he wasn't sure how they pulled items, he merely calls the customer as the items come up. About 10 minutes later I was called. The associate loaded the box for me and was very nice! The lobby was clean but the bathroom not so much (see photos). 4 stars just because of the cleanliness of the bathroom and the fact that I had to wait. I'd give 4.5 if I could. We bought a couch, an end table, and a dining table at Ashley Furniture. When the total for our purchase was presented to us, the numbers were wrong; I had to return to the store to dispute the charges, and after haggling with a salesperson, the invoice was adjusted in our favor, to the amount we had been told. After the purchase, was was during the pandemic, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone when we called to find out when our furniture would arrive. Shipments were delayed and it took months to receive our furniture, which was only partly their fault. However, it was frustrating that we were unable to speak to anyone on the phone, and led to a very unpleasant experience. I called many times, and could never get a human on the phone. The couch is less than 2 years old; it is in 3 sections, each of which has an electric recliner feature in it. The recliners work fine, but after less than 3 years, each of the end sections is starting to sag where we sit. At the rate of the sag, we expect to have to get rid of this couch in less than 3 years; this is terrible workmanship, and will keep us from ever buying any Ashley furniture in the future. Combined with the terrible customer service, Ashley has lost our business forever. read more

My husband and I went in to look for couches for our new house. We found the one we loved but had to go back another day due to another commitment we had to get to. We were hoping to have Eric the second day but instead got someone else, as Eric wasn't in that day. The other salesman helped us fill all the paperwork out but added pieces to our financing that we didn't ask for. Then he suggested the protection plan and when we asked what was covered, he ensured everything we asked about would be. He didn't give us the protection plan brochure until after we signed the agreement and nothing we asked about was actually covered by the plan. The cherry on top is he misspelled my name on the paperwork, even though I gave him my ID, said it out loud for him, and wrote it out on the form. He told me I had to be the one to call their financing company to change it if we wanted to use that card again. Needless to say we will only be shopping with Eric, if we ever decide to purchase from here in the future. read more

Great service! Shawn at Ashley was a great resource. He showed us the couches that we had requested and provided practical suggestions on colors. He brought up a rug and helped us match it to our couch and pictures. It looks really great! He even delivered the rug himself on his day off so that we would receive it before the couch was delivered. The couch and the rug go great together and all the staff treated us really well. I hadn't ever been there before and met Shawn the day of the sale as i recently moved to Irving Tx from Mo so this is not a review of a cousin. We went somewhere else first and it felt more sales than help. Here it felt more helpful. read more

Buyer beware! I purchased some furniture in December and have yet to have the furniture that I purchased delivered to my home. They have repeatedly delivered the wrong color furniture and refuse to do anything about it. I have reached out to the store manager and gotten nothing but the customer service number with no resolution. He has refused to give me any contact information that might be able to help me resolve the issue. They simply don't care. In fact, they have the exact furniture I purchased on their showroom floor and refuse to sell it to me. Don't waste your money. read more

We ordered our furniture over 6mns ago. We understood that things were taking longer. We decided to cancel our order in May. The salesman talked me in to talking a partial delivery. The bed being the only thing on back order and due to deliver the week of June 15th. I agreed. July 3rd we get a phone call stating, since it has been over 90 days we need to resign our financing and we have to do it on July 3rd or we lose our place for delivery. We were upset, told to call customer service, but they are closed until July 5th. I got out of the hospital July 2nd. My husband could not leave me to go sign anything. This was last minute notice with a threat we will lose our place for the delivery of a bed we already had been waiting on over 6mns. My husband asked to speak to a manager, no one called. As of today we do not know the status of our bed. The salesman said our account showed up on a report on July 3rd and had to be handled that day. I can't believe this was something they did not know about until July 3rd. So now do I have a bed on order, did I lose my place for delivery, and what a BS way to treat a customer. read more

I had mismatched bedroom furniture from Ashley's delivery. I received THREE different dates they will exchange my bed rails, headboard, and stand night to match the color of the delivered dressers. The Customer service at the store sucks; the customer service on the phone tells you lies. ITS horrible. Never, ever will I ever shop at the ASHLEY store or buy their product. read more

Just returned home empty handed from here where I was supposed to pick up my 25 year wedding anniversary recliner. I enter the building with the paperwork in hand and proudly presented to the so-called employees at front. They asked for a photo ID so without hesitation gave them my VALID TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE. The recliner was purchased by my wife and since the sales slip only has her name on it they refused to let me pick up the recliner, are you seeing the Customer Service yet? Then they "SUPPOSEDLY" called the house where my wife all morning and couldn't get an answer. Bottom Line: NEVER again will I darken the doorway of any Ashley furniture store again. I had a terrible experience from this place. When I went looking for furniture here I found a cute platform bed and nightstand I wanted. I informed the sales guy I would be moving in my apartment in 2 weeks he assured me my furniture would be ready. I move in my place and get a notification that my furniture would not arrive until a month later, actually only the bed frame. I get my bed and now a month later in December I get my nightstand. Only reason I'm putting a five star is so that this can be posted. I was not happy with this company. I went into the store in January to make my purchases and didn't get my order until now (April). I tried 4 different lines to try and get ahold of them and nothing. They were all disconnected. I am here waiting now to pick up my order and now I have to wait 30 min to an hour. No, no, and no. Walking into the place sets the tone for a dismal shopping experience. I have been in furniture outlets by less well known companies that have been levels above this. Every employee looked put out and we were never spoken to once in the 30mins we were there. The 3 employees near the door all had their headphones in and were play3on their phones never looking up. BUYERS BEWARE. Ashley furniture store is horrible. My daughter relocated to a different state and when ordering her furniture it was issue with them taking my card online BUT was able to take it when the rep created a invoice weird bit ok. So the furniture got delivered BUT was missing an item and the tool assembly kit...so when called and when I say we made COUNTLESS calls all the reps gave different information and were not very knowledgeable at all in how to resolve the issue so one rep advise they can have the missing item and replace the one item that didn't come with the tool kit NEXT MONTH now take in mind I order the items on a Tuesday and got them delivered on a Friday that same week so now why will it take a whole month to replace the error on their part? So when asked can I just canceled the whole thing due to now this situation had been become a whole NIGHTMARE. One rep advise she could have the order replace (still a month later ugh) but can have it assembled for free and apply a credit back to my card. When called back with another question was told that what the rep offered was a lie and not able to be offered. WHAT??!! So the way they figure to "fix" the issue is to just replace the whole order vs just send out the missing piece and a tool assembly kit which now we have to wait a whole month. But remembered in a week I order and got it delivered the same week. Ashley Customer service and care coordination team are very very lacking and are not knowledgeable of how to handle situations that is created on their end. Remember I order and paid no problem they had no issue with receiving payment but we received issues with getting our merchandise and getting a issue on their part resolved. Again I will not ever buy from Ashley home furniture and my associates and business reps have been advised as well once they heard my ordeal were so disgusted and passed on the ordeal to make others aware. Ordered 2 bar stools for pickup. Arrived at 5:30 PM on Tuesday and was told that I would receive a call within 30 mins to 1 hr to be loaded. Waited over 2 hours and never received a call. I tried calling the outlet, no answer, tried going up to the office where I checked in and the door is locked. Also called customer service for help, but they told me to call another number, and the number they gave me is disconnected. Will never order from here again, or recommend to anyone. read more

Wish I could leave 0 stars. So beyond frustrated and disappointed with everything. It started off great, we found everything we loved and had what seemed like a expert to assist us. Little did we know the nightmare to come. We are moving so I told them the date to deliver. They called 4x before that trying to deliver but I told them we weren't moved in yet plus they didn't have everything in stock like when we ordered. Finally came to getting our delivery was told everything was in stock Day of delivery 2 men came, was on their cellphones the entire time. And guess what...missing my main sofa. I said to my husband okay we'll deal with it for now even though I was told by the sales associate it was in stock. When I called corporate they said it was given priority to someone else. Gee thanks. Than the delivery driver informed me they did not have both lamps for the bed, only one and not enough screws to attach the one. And thats not even the worst of it. They than informed me the bed I purchased did in fact need a box spring for my brand new mattress contrary to what the sales person had told us and sold is on "it has slats and all the support so there is no need for one unless you upgrade to the adjustable base". Of course trying to get me to spend more $$. I get we make mistakes but seriously ?! So I call up and tell them what happened, that is when I'm informed they are doing NOTHING FOR ME. And they can not get me a box spring for 2-4 weeks even after I begged them because I was 5 months pregnant at the time. They only said "sorry". I ended up finding a box spring on Amazon that would be delivered in 2 days. But seriously they wanted a pregnant women to sleep on the floor for 2-4 weeks with no solution, no discount no NOTHING! I would have had to pay FULL PRICE ANS DELIVERY FOR A BOX SPRING. Fast forward weeks... still no lamp and FINALLY my other couch is being delivered. So after numerous calls and attempts to corporate and the Poughkeepsie location 1 1/2 months later I finally received my lamps and special parts needed to secure them to the headboard. But still no apology from anyone. No discount. No customer service once so ever. They could care less about how I spent thousands of dollars with them and their own employee messed up and they still offer me nothing. Bought a couch a week ago and the sales attendant said it would be delivered on December 11, 2020. I called today to ask to see when it will be delivered tomorrow and they told me the couch will be delivered to their warehouse on December 18 and once delivered they will call to request a delivery date. The lady on the phone told me that the sales people will tell you the wrong dates on purpose, so do not trust them. This store is full of shit. read more

Great deals constantly, shop and view with no hassle or sense of being rushed or pressured to purchase. Red tags are new items which must be ordered, takes 1-2 weeks for delivery to store or delivery to your home. Orange tags are "as is" items and you can take the orange tag piece(s) the same day. I've purchased orange tag items over a year ago with no problems or issues on them. They provide financing as well. read more

This place is fantastic. There is a huge selection with exceptional prices. We ended up purchasing a mattress, and may go back for a dining room table. We received excellent customer service from Denis Sell, who made my fiancee and I feel welcome the entire time. Furthermore, Ashley will hold your items until you're ready to pick them up. This was a huge help, and they held my mattress for 3 weeks, and when I was ready, they brought it right out to the uhaul. Be advised that they don't have a/c, so it can get pretty hot in there, so just plan your visit for earlier in the day. But thanks again Denis! read more

Decent pricing on furniture. Since it is an outlet I would recommend inspecting the furniture for any damage. The tags do a fairly decent job at letting you know if there are any damage however have peace of mind and inspect it yourself Decent circulation at the outlet when I went during the summer, it does get humid in that outlet. The staff appear nice because they want your business since they're paid on commission. They don't bug you if you let them know you're just browsing however we had 4 staff come up to us asking for assistance and each one made sure they mentioned their name if they needed help. The previous reviewer evidently doesn't know what an "OUTLET" is. The choice is limited because it's an OUTLET. Setting that aside, I have always had excellent service. I have returned to buy from them again. I will do so again in the future. They are my first stop when thinking furniture. Granted, I'm not super picky, but they generally have enough of a choice for me to find what I want. They also have good-to-great prices. I have never had a wasted trip to the OUTLET. read more

Ordered furniture set 6 weeks ago. One of my pieces was not delivered due to damage and had to be re ordered. The delivery team that delivered my existing furniture was extremely rude and complained that they had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to set up furniture. Will not be shopping here again read more
