We were instructed to go upstairs where we would meet our daughter's bridal consultant. Jen introduced herself and let me tell you there is nothing unforgettable about her. From her welcoming presence, to her huge smile, and especially the way she made our daughter feel very special. Jen led us to our seats which were so comfortable. It felt like we were going to experience this bridal dress shopping in the comfort of our own home. In front of us was this large room full of mirrors, a pedestal, and curtains held open by metal tiebacks. Jen took her daughter and started looking at dresses. Jen asked our daughter so many questions. She wanted to know our daughter personally, so she could select the correct gowns. Jen assisted our daughter getting her gown on and she'd open up those curtains and it was like this grand experience. The last gown our daughter tried on was the most beautiful and perfectly designed for her. It's like consultant Jen knew that this was the finale gown. We explained to Jen that we had another bridal appointment at one of the chain bridal store. Jen took our daughter's measurements for the finale gown our daughter loved. Our daughter did not receive her bridal moment at the chain store and the dresses she tried on did not compare to her finale gown at your shop. Our daughter called your shop back and asked if she could come back and try on that finale gown one more time. Jen was right there to welcome us. Jen had our daughter in the gown with the veil and she grandly opened up those curtains and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Our daughter said, "I say yes to the dress". I called about seeing their venue for my wedding, and she took my number and never called back. I called back two other times and finally just went in. The venue is beautiful, but you HAVE to use their DJ because he owns it. Boo. That thwarted, I dragged my bridesmaids in for their dresses. We found one we liked, I asked about price and the shop owner said they didn't have it ready. I gave her my information (AGAIN) and asked that she call me back. A week later, I called her. They'd lost my information and wouldn't even tell me what the name of the dress line was so I could get it somewhere else. These people were difficult to work with, irresponsible and completely unhelpful.

I will always use these folks for dry cleaning when I am in town. My son had several items that needed one day cleaning. He is a student, just moved back into the dorms and unpacked all the clothes that were put into storage for him by the school due to Covid last March. Pressing and shirt cleaning were needed. I was leaving for LA the next morning. Ziker advertises same day cleaning -- if you bring your stuff in by 9:00am, ask for same day return and it will be back by 5:30pm. (Great pricing, by the way -- I don't think they charge more for same day service.) I had my window, was there at 5:30 and indeed the clothes were back. Except for one shirt! Ziker does not clean on premise and the ticket got split somehow. The mark of a well run business is what they do when challenges occur. As I had to leave for the airport the next morning and the shirt was still off premise, Amber and her team went the extra mile to make sure the shirt was put on a special delivery truck and had it back for me to pick up when they opened the next morning, in time for me to get to my son's dorm before he left for class and in time to make my flight. Oh, and she did not charge for any of this. The clothes looked fantastic. Fair pricing and wonderful, caring service. Amazing. Thanks to all! You have a customer for life.

When I received my email confirmation to pick them up it said my total was $64 for 3 orders of 7 pcs. assumed it was a typo, it wasn't. apparently some shirts need to be pressed by hand and that's $10.80 per shirt. I have a pretty short fuse so I expressed my disapproval tapped my card, took my shirts and left. Never again. This took place at the Erskine road location.
