I called about seeing their venue for my wedding, and she took my number and never called back. I called back two other times and finally just went in. The venue is beautiful, but you HAVE to use their DJ because he owns it. Boo. That thwarted, I dragged my bridesmaids in for their dresses. We found one we liked, I asked about price and the shop owner said they didn't have it ready. I gave her my information (AGAIN) and asked that she call me back. A week later, I called her. They'd lost my information and wouldn't even tell me what the name of the dress line was so I could get it somewhere else. These people were difficult to work with, irresponsible and completely unhelpful.

Unlike every dry cleaner I've ever been to in the last 20 years, who will place a sticker on the stain to alert the cleaner, she simply stated that's not how it's done here. According to her, if the dry cleaning did not remove the stain then i could have it "wet washed," but without any guarantee that the fabric would not be destroyed. I've quite frankly never been to a place that won't mark the locations of stains so that particular attention could be focused on those areas. To add to it, the worker was not personable and seemed dismissive. Fast forward to when i picked up the suits and NONE and I mean NONE of the stains had been removed. The workers in the afternoon were much nicer than the one in the morning, but neverthless the suits were in a terrible condition. They were pressed nicely, and no wrinkles were present, but they were NOT clean. Add to it that I was charged over $50 for 2 suits and a pair of pants, and I can confidently state that I will not be coming back here. I've been using dry cleaners for 20 years and have never had a problem ​before. It just feels that Ziker's has no pride in it's work. Oh, and to add insult to injury, it takes 2 weeks to have pants hemmed. Go somewhere else. ​

Although there are very little staff interactions (how it's supposed to be), everything on the touchscreens are easy to use. It's amazing to see what technology can do today. I'm not sure if the improved technology is more recent, but they have a great routine going! I was in and out within minutes. I did end up talking with a worker and was telling her how amazing this is and how it saves me lots of time. It's so convenient and that's what I love about it. Ziker always goes above and beyond. I only have positive experiences there! I'd highly recommend this location.

Not only did they lose the items, it took me calling the store back three times before someone took me seriously and actually sent out a message to all the stores to look for them. They never found them, and they tried to make it right by asking me the value of the items and sending me a check. This whole thing pissed me off. I would never come back here based on this one incident. This was back in November 2023.
