The lack of progress and professional clarity led to her removal from any involvement with the business. What raised even greater concern was discovering, later on, during the beginning of my divorce process, that she reappeared representing my husband in matters connected to the same business for which I had initially hired her. From my perspective as the original client in this context, this created an obvious professional conflict of interest and completely eroded any trust I had left. Still no one else knew so you have to find a new attorney and pay for an attorneys advice.
