This person was clearly having an extended lunch with a friend. Had to ask for assistance as there was an appointment mix-up. This person offered us bottled water, but never produced . The friend I gave a ride to had to ask for the offered water. Clearly, this office personnel wanted to be done for the day. Not a very good first impression. Not an opportunity to have a legal experience on this visit.

This is the most negligent law firm. You go for advice and /or protection for yourself or a loved one. You pay such high rates going to a large firm because you have the expertise of a large staff at your attorney's disposal. What you get is them taking their ever loving time while you are in distress. You don't get a group of professionals so don't pay such high fees. Your family is not protected. They don't listen so the motions they file are incorrect. You get them taking away your right to a trial without asking (civil or criminal ). You get them not understanding what the Judges responses mean so they charge you to tell you they don't get it and then you get billed for them asking another attorney and you not only have to pay them for not understanding but you are to pay the other attorney they asked. Still no one else knew so you have to find a new attorney and pay for an attorneys advice. The assistant called me and asked me to help her with paperwork. I told her it is her job and she should contact the previous 2 lawyers for information. In spite of their guideline to reach out monthly, that didn't happen. I'm on my third lawyer now and it feels like no one cares because it isn't a multi million $ case.
