I was able to view on the BIG screen options that were available to order. If you haven't been in the store give it a try. The quality is very very nice and pricing really reasonable. I ordered online and couldn't believe the fast turnaround for delivery in home. I also fell in love with a piece which was out of my budget but SCORE had Alex look into a better price only to find out it was a discontinued piece and 47% off!!! Ordered a bed a year old: was told by the manager chris and the salesman Octavio that it would be ready in 12 weeks, and it's been a year. These men are so unreliable, when bed is finally ready and they booked us for a delivery at 2 pm, then by 8 they said oh we are coming, then they said oops sorry my truck broke down on a Friday. How connivence for them, I had to call the day off work becusss they said they'd show up at 2 pm. They also dinged my wall last time they tried to deliver. Started remodeling house before covid and threw out my bed. Have not been able to replace due to closures. I had read Ashley's was open but didn't know by appointment only. So when I arrived they had asked me if I had an appt and I said no that I didn't know. They let me in anyways because they said they were not busy and didn't have many people inside. This review is for the El Centro CA Ashley home furniture store and Natalie our Sales person. The store is nicer than I expected it to be for what you typically see a business become after staying open a couple years in the valley. They also hold higher cleanliness and organization standards than most businesses in the valley. The main reason I'm taking the time to leave this review is because of the saleswoman that helped us, her name was NATALIE! She greeted us politely when we walked in, I asked her if we could look around first and find her later if we like something. She gave us our space, and then promptly jumped in to point us in the right direction. She wasn't pushy or cheesy like most salespeople and she knew the local inventory well. She calmly and patiently helped us find the right furniture based on the input we were giving her. When it came time to talk overall price, I was expecting to start some agonizing negotiation. I cannot recall a time in my life of talking price with a sales person that went so effortlessly, smoothly, and just overall HAPPY. She offered a more than fair deal on bundling multiple items, this is incredibly rare for the imperial valley, and I will be a return customer as long as NATALIE stays employed there. She was respectful, polite, prompt, got to the point, and was never pushy or smug like most sales people. Thank you NATALIE sincerely. We just left Ashley Home Furniture in El Centro having had an amazing customer service experience! My husband and I went in to sit in/try out some of the reclining sofas so that we could place an order. Yax greeted us as we walked in but gave us our space as we looked around at everything and approached us when we looked like we needed him to answer questions. Then he continued to help us even after he found out we were ordering for our house in another state! There was no way he could make commission and he wouldn't accept a tip! He just continued to help us till the order was placed with no benefit to him! I just moved here from the East Coast and need to furnish my whole home. We came in prepared to spend 10-15k. I came in the store with my wife and walked around for 30 minutes. No acknowledgment from the staff. We applied for credit and got approved. The staff then came up and said "I'm sorry we didn't talk to you, we are short staffed." There were 3 employees in the whole store and no other customer except for my wife and I. Not a hello, not a please let me know if you need any help, nothing. But they were gathered around talking to each other instead. I will never come back to this store again. We drove off and found a store down the street called Furniture Depot. They are located at 522 Imperial Avenue. We only spent 5k and furnished all the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Speak with Karla.
