As we entered we noticed the doors were very clean and the entire doorway clean, I love that, we then were greeted by Brian who welcomed us with an Ashley HomeStore smile. After looking around and giving us our space, Brian came by to tell us about the great deals that were going on for the July 4th! Wow! It made us look more at all the beautiful decor and furniture. My daughters birthday was around the corner and we were looking for bedroom lamps. WHAT! Half price, Score! Then we decided to look at floor rugs that's really what she wanted for her apartment. WHAT! Half price, Score again! My daughter had a huge smile on her face that was priceless, thank you Brian for helping us out on selecting the add on to her apartment. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! I ordered a bed a longgg time ago. It was suppose to arrive the 2nd of September. It's been 24 days since then, and still nothing. Every time I call they say it's ok the way or a couple more days every other week. I cannot get a refund because they take a chunk of that money back too so I'm stuck. It's because of COVID apparently but if that's the case they should have said it's going to take more than a month instead of 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. We paid cash for a table that we picked up. We then bought a five year warranty. Two years later the laminate was curled up and we contacted them. They returned with without the receipt they couldn't help us. Then came back and said they couldn't find it either so we owed them for the table...... again. Super shady and disappointed. I had to show a receipt upon loading the furniture. But please let me know if they ever actually just give away furniture. read more

My wife and I bought a couch and 2 recliners from Ashley recently. I specifically asked Lisa Burthay if the recliners were wall huggers and without any hesitation she said yes they were. When they were delivered we found out otherwise. I called to speak with the manager about the problem but he wouldn't even speak to me. When I finally spoke with Lisa she denied saying they were wall huggers. She actually complained about spending too much time with us also, that's funny because we were the only people in the store. Bottom line, do not buy from Ashley unless you like being lied to and enjoy terrible customer service read more

I've been a customer of Ashley's since last September. Loved the discounts and loved the furniture. Loved working with Ashlyn. But the last time we went into the store, I was with 2 colleagues of mine who are both local business owners. We asked a gentleman about pricing on a product that has been sitting there for at least 6 months. He said he couldn't work on the price, we asked if someone else could; he walked away, ignored us, and started helping another customer. We thought it was extremely rude as we asked another associate for help. Why the gentleman did that, we have no idea. But he is a reflection of the service and integrity of the store. read more
