Called the store on Thursday to pick up Pack and Hold order placed from San Diego. Was initially told due to tornado, no power in the store but when I explained we came from San Diego to drop off daughter at IWU, spoke with store manager who said we can pick up order that was not damaged. Store personnel outside brought out our Pack and Hold order and assisted us with FIRST CLASS service making sure we were happy with all items we reserved. This is completely against Hallmark's refund policy. It states that you can return an item for any reason within 90 days with a receipt. She refused to take the item back or even exchange it. I showed her the receipt. I paid cash for this item. What is going on in that store?
