This has been a nightmare experience. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THIS STORE! We ordered the $4k sectional through a sales team member. It is the first sectional you see when you walk in. The sales member said the pieces connect through a specific hooking system so it doesn't move around, this was a big part for us in buying a sectional. It was delivered and it didn't have these parts. We called the sales member and he said "Oh it doesn't. Shoot I thought it did." The delivery drive for Ashley said "this happens all the time. The sales members have no idea what they're doing." The delivery driver put in his notes that the sales member lied to the customers. I tried calling the store 7-8 times a day and no one picked up. Every person I've talked to about refunding has seemed like I'm a major inconvenience even though it was their mistake. Also, their head company has no control over this store so everything is processed through a store that has no customer service and a sales team that lies about products. We purchased a power reclining couch in August 2020. It was 2 months before it was delivered. A few weeks later, one side of couch stopped working. After many calls to "customer service" we finally talked to someone who generated a ticket. Said they would send an part. That took until March of 2021. Now remember, they just guessed at the part we needed. No one had been to the house. They said to call when the part came in and they would schedule a repair person to come out. The part arrived. Again repeated calls to "customer service". Most of the calls went to voice mail. No one returned our calls. It was now May 2021. The couch has not worked for 6 months. Fed up I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. All of a sudden the escalation team calls me and we have a repair scheduled. I never thought to read the reviews about this well known national company. I wish I had. There are other furniture stores. I would shop there. I will never go back to Ashley again. read more

Couch was to be delivered today anywhere from 10:45am-1:45pm. It is now 3:45pm and so far nothing. I tried calling customer service multiple times. The first time, I was put on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call got disconnected. Called back again and got an answer within minutes saying that the window would be the same as above. After waiting a couple more hours, called back and was disconnected again. Got online and was told the couch would not be delivered until over 2 months from now. I had a great experience purchasing in store or so i thought. The product has been horrible given the amount of money we paid. We purchased a couch and ottoman. The cushion of the ottoman was leaning off to the side within a month. I called and they said it wasn't covered under warranty. We purchased the "amazing protection plan" they pressured us to purchase. It's been horrible and 9 months later the ottoman is still messed up. After multiple phone calls and countless emails I finally was told I will receive a phone call next week to get a technician to repair it. With this protection plan, the salesman told us it would cover animal damage. The actual information clearly states it does not. He told us multiple other things about the fabric of the couch, etc that we now know to incorrect. Clearly showing the salesman either lied to get a sale or was not trained. Given the additional lies regarding the expensive protection plan, I believe it's the former. Now we're having an issue with a section of the couch caving it, making it completely uncomfortable to actually use. I called spoke with a male with said he submitted a warranty claim but stated they may not cover it given it's close to the expiration date of my warranty. We have a one year warranty, it's been 11 months. Why offer a one year warranty if you will stop covering things before the one year mark? If you only want to cover for 10 months, they only advertise for 10 months. I explained the issues with the protection plan company and he assured me the claim was through Ashley's warranty and not the protection plan. So you can imagine my frustration when the protection company emails me asking for details. I am beyond furious and given the amount of money we spent for what we thought was a high quality couch is ridiculous. All I can say is run away as fast as you can! Purchased sofa 08/02/2021 was finally delivered 11/09/2021 with mfg defects. One recliner literally threw a can of pop across the room from the mechanics binding so bad. I have made several calls to Ashley Furniture and Saw Furniture Repair (3rd party Ashley uses for repair), and all I get is a lot of run around that someone will contact me and they never do(I'm always contacting them), they say someone will call me on a certain date and a week after the fact I have to call them (Ashley and Saw), here it is 12/22/2021 and I'm still sitting here with a unusable sofa and a big box of parts blocking my hallway for the last month. This is the first time I've ever used Ashley and after this very poor experience I doubt very seriously that I will ever use Ashley again because I just wish you would tell me the truth and not what you think I want to hear. I hope someone sees this review and it saved them the hassle I'm still going through the last four months and runs away as fast as possible to a more honest company. Ordered 2 bedroom sets and living room in June when they said 5 weeks and now told it will be February. Lucky they took my money the day I ordered ($7,000) so they will have that to use for free for 6+ months. If you think going through the phone to try and get anything accomplished is bad then just try the store. When I first walked in as a potential customer I was overwhelmed with people bothering me trying to sell. Now that I bought and need help its a ghost town. We will be back for future purchases! 9/26/16 Originally I made this post about 4 months ago and I was satisfied with my experience in the store however I must say be careful with financing through TD Retail Services finance company which is an in house finance company. Months later and the billing cycle has begun. They put the ownership on the store to let you know about billing cycle information however that information wasn't discussed with me by my salesperson. Which I wouldn't have expected my sales person to know. They have horrible customer service and will keep me from doing business with Ashely Furniture in the future. Worst experience with delivery! They told me my stuff will be deliver on the 19th but i didn't get a call for confirmation the day before so I had to called them, i found out that they are going to deliver on the 21st. My husband took the day off to have them come on the 19th and now we have to take off on the 21st. No heads up or nothing. I told them that if i knew it was going to be later, i wouldn't purchase it. Then the girl tells me theres 10 % charge for cancellation. Be careful when dealing with this company. I wish I had read the reviews about delivery and quality before I spent money on a 5-drawer chest for my sons room. I waited three weeks to pick it up at their Louisville warehouse. When I opened the box, I noticed that all of the drawers had fallen out of their tracks. The reason they fell out was because none of them were the right size and were not wide enough to fit in the existing tracks. My wife called and was told that all sales were final but that we could exchange the furniture for a replacement. We had to submit pictures (but were only allowed to send two pictures), we have talked to several customer service representatives, our claim was lost and five weeks later we still can't get anyone to call us back. This is by far the worst service of any furniture store I've ever had. Ordered 3 different times just for every single order I've had be rescheduled at least 3 times. My last order took 10 MONTHS. Every time I call to get a resolution about why it's taking so long I'm always just told that it's "an estimated delivery". Even when I'm contacted with a courteous call to let me know what day, and time gap they will be arriving with my delivery. Ordered a bed frame and I'm now on my THIRD rescheduling. Took off of work and no one in delivery will contact you to let you know they aren't coming. Just called customer service and was told July 10th it's now the 9th and I HAD TO CALL THEM TO BE TOLD IT WASNT COMING. And when you want to cancel your order they want to charge you $100. If you want to wait almost a year to get your furniture then they're the perfect place to order from. I have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Ashley. I have always picked up my orders until the last one. Last order was to large and would require multiple trips to pick up a L shaped leather couch. It has been almost a month since the purchase. My initial delivery date was a week after purchase. I received a phone call a few days before telling me my order was incomplete and they would like to reschedule delivery. Everything was in except for the corner wedge piece. I had them deliver the couch regardless. Since then I have had multiple delivery days and cancellations. I don't know why they keep scheduling new dates if the piece is not in. Just called me today to schedule again. Needless to say I told her not to schedule a date until it was definitely delivered. At what point do I inform them to just come get the couch from house? Most people are understanding if they are told out of the box the item is on a month back order. But to keep streaming me out and holding my days hostage for item that keeps getting delayed. This is the 2nd time we've bought a sofa and love seat & you would have thought I learned my lesson the 1st time around. First and foremost don't buy into the insurance contract. They will fight you tooth and nail if you go to use it. This is the 1st time I've used it and it is a pain. Last November when I filed a claim they said it didn't fall under the contract & then when I called back again the beginning of February. I wanted to see if I could to get Ashley Furniture Store to honor their insurance that they push on you when you buy and furniture from them. We we finally found out that they would honor the insurance claim we had to wait another month to get are new sofa. The sofa arrived today and it sort of look's like the original sofa but its almost like a grade below the original sofa we bought to begin with. For one: it's smaller, (2)very stiff (not plush like the original sofa) and extremely uncomfortable to try and sleep on. You can tell this is the cheaper version of my original sofa. I don't usually do this but I have had enough. As most of my friends know I have been fighting the Brain Tumor and Cancer since March of this year. I had a Temperpedic and being I am on Chemo my legs get very week during the treatments so I had to buy a different Mattress. Went to Ashley on Jefferson Blvd and picked one out. Got it delivered the next day and slept on it that night and woke up with pain in my hips and shoulders. The Mattress was so hard it isn't possible for me to sleep on I have been pleading with them to exchange it for me. They tell me I have to sleep on it for 30 days before any exchange. That's great but even my Oncologist got involved and sent them a letter and they still won't help out. Just keep this in mind when purchasing from them. There is no compassion. We went to the Ashley store in Louisville KY on Sunday October 20th with our daughter. She was being transferred to Louisville with her job. She purchased a Ashley mattress/box spring , a sofa and chaise, a headboard/footboard and night stand, all financed thru you. We moved her in the 27th and she was told by the salesman that the mattress/box would be delivered on Tuesday the 29th, sofa and chaise on the 12th of November and bed on the 26th. The only reason she agreed to all this is because the wait for mattress and box would just be two days. She has had TWO BACK SURGERIES and was willing to sleep on the floor! The store called Monday and told her it would be Wednesday for the mattress and asked if she wanted the box delivered Tuesday? She said no, just bring it Wednesday with the mattress. She went and bought an air mattress because she was already experiencing back spasms. Tuesday they showed up with the box spring anyway! When she hadn't heard from them yet today about when the mattress was coming she called them. Delivery girl told her the mattress wasn't going to be avail till November 12th!! When she asked to speak to her salesman or a manager. The delivery girl said "it doesn't matter who you talk to you can't get the mattress till the 12th" her salesman seems concerned. I don't know. What I do know is that she is in severe pain and NEVER would have agreed to this purchase if she had known she would couldn't get at least a mattress quickly! I've advised her that if they don't bring her a mattress TODAY she should cancel this whole purchase and go somewhere else. Any suggestions???? read more

They have a nice, modern selection of furniture BUT they will give you the run-around on delivery. We paid for our furniture on 1/20/19. We scheduled for delivery while we were in store and obviously the delivery date influenced our purchase. We scheduled for 3 deliveries on 2/9, 2/23 and 3/9. I get a call that they cannot deliver on 2/9 and that the store should have never scheduled for that day and that piece would have to be delivered with our other furniture on 3/9. Fine. Then I get a call another three weeks later to schedule my delivery and the first available date is 3/12? The lady scheduling said that it wasn't going to be available until 3/9 so they would have to deliver AFTER that date, however what that lady missed was that they already sent me a text saying they could deliver 3/7. So she LIED to me because they did not have availability to schedule me on a Saturday even though I was already scheduled. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and they found availability on 3/9. What a miracle. We will see if it's actually delivered on that day or if I get another call. However if I have any other issues I will file a complaint with the BBB. My advice - if you buy furniture stay on top of the delivery and push back when they say they can't deliver it because obviously they will tell you anything to get you off the phone. read more

I fell in love with a sleigh bed and decided to by it and added mattresses too. They will not be delivered for about a week and a half, but I was delighted with the quality of service. If I could give no stars I would, HORRIBLE experience. I tried to pay for my couch in full and they talked me into financing it same as cash but didn't tell me it was only 3 months and now I owe 3 THOUSAND dollars more than the $1800 the couch was supposed to cost. I have now paid WELL OVER the $1800 and still don't own my couch. I also bought the warranty because they said they would come out and clean my couch but NOPE they wont because they said my 3 stains are CUMULATIVE and they refuse to now come clean any of them even though I paid for the warranty. I had my couch for two weeks and something broke inside the arm and they refused to fix it. I haven't even had my couch for a year and it looks like shit, broke and piling all over the cushions and they are flat. they refuse to fix anything, so now I will be refusing to pay the rest of my "bill" thaqt is now triple of what my couch was supposed to cost. if they want to come get the couch it will be sitting in my back yard where I plan to have a nice winter bonfire with it read more

DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE HERE. This has to be the WORST purchase ever. Words CANNOT describe how upset and frustrated I am. If you are considering or just thinking about making a purchase here DO NOT do it. Save yourself the frustration and agony. It is not worth it. Received our delivery yesterday and so unhappy. After the delivery we noticed a cut in our BRAND new leather love seat. But perhaps the worst is that after deciding to look behind my couch I notice two holes in the sagging lining and a rip on the side and full of dust. Looks like its been on a showroom floor for months or in someone else's home. Called the warehouse to try and rectify. Was told that we had to wait until the items came off manifest. Since then I have called 3 times to speak to a manager. Was told the manager doesn't take calls. Wow! That's unbelievable as I have never heard that before. We recently bought a desk from The Blankenbaker store. The desk was not in stock so I drove to the warehouse to get it. When I got home they didn't send the hardware to put it together. I call the store to talk to a manager since I didn't feel it was right for me to drive another 2 hrs round trip for a order that they messed up. They would not connect me with a manager no matter how many times I asked or my wife asked they were rude told me that no one had time to talk to me and that my only option was to drive to Louisville again to get the hardware that they left out. Why even have managers if the customer is not allowed to talk to them. Do not shop here!!! It's sad to say that I have nothing good to say about my shopping experience at this store. From the moment I walked in to weeks after cutting ties with this store, it has been the nothing but broken promises and lies. My order was confirmed for a specific date and I got called to be notified that it would be delayed 12 days too late for me. I went to the store to get a refund and I got charged a 10% fee of my entire order (which included the delivery fee that I paid $100 for) which was their own fault not mine. I was told that I would receive my money back in 3-5 business days. I went out of the country and came back to find out that my money has not been refunded to me and it's been 2 weeks!! Please learn from my mistake and SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. This company has no consideration for its customers so don't waste your time. I bought a couch from Ashley on Black Friday. I was told that it would be available for pick up the day after Christmas. I scheduled the pick up for middle of January. When I called them the first week of January to see if I could move my pick up date they informed me that my couch was not in the warehouse yet and wouldn't be available until February 7th. When I asked why I was not made aware of this change I was told "I guess the figured you'd call before you went to pick it up and they would have told you then." After speaking with the manager he would try to get it in sooner like I was originally told. My couch comes in, we go pick it up and they give us two different pieces to the sectional, one black piece and one silver piece. When we called to tell them they refuse to come and pick it up and bring the correct piece. We have to go out of our way to get a trailer and move the couch again to go pick up the correct piece from their error. Over all my experience has been less than pleasant and I do not plan to purchase anymore furniture from here. read more

Finally get a call n message asking to set up a delivery time. However when I call back, nobody answers! I leave messages and nothing. Week or so goes by and I finally get a live person, only to be told my furniture is on back order!!? Then why call me!! This dance continues n now I'm at over two months and no furniture! This store is an absolute joke! My family and I purchased a couch, recliner, coffee table, end table, and a rug. All were suppose to be delivered by 10/21. We were promised no bill would be sent to us until EVERYTHING was delivered. When the day came we did receive everything except the rug. We called and were told customer service would have to reach out to the third party company the rug comes from. We didn't get a reply. We called back numerous times the next month and was told the rug was already delivered and they had to reach out again, to verify it wasn't actually delivered. We never received a call and had to continue to call. At the end of November we told them we didn't want the rug anymore and to credit our account back. They stated customer service had to reach out AGAIN to the third party company. We again never heard anything back. December came and we were still getting the run around. Finally, at the beginning of January, I went up there as a last ditch effort to get our goods we purchased and told them I would come up to the store everyday until we got an answer. We were receiving bills by this time, which we were promised wouldn't happen. We received a call two days later and was told the rug would be at our house in two days. We told them we didn't want the rug, it had been almost four months, and to keep it and credit our account. We were told they couldn't do this and WE had to return the rug to the store. Since we hadn't received anything until the day the rug came, we shouldn't have been getting any bills. When we asked about this we were told there is nothing they could do. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, thinking this would help. NOT! The complaint is still open at this time, but when we FINALLY got to spoke to a manager we were told we should've been paying our bill since October (we hadn't received everything as promised yet) and there was nothing she could do about any late fees we may have gotten. She also stated we could return the rug, but wouldn't show as returned and removed from our invoice until MARCH! It has now been almost five months. We have received the rug, but this company isn't doing anything to make this right. This was their mistake, not ours. This store is a joke and a bunch of thieves. We spent almost $3,000 with them and the rug alone was $250 and they can't remove the late fees even though we hadn't received everything yet? THIEVES. On 6-29-2020 my girlfriend and I went into Ashley Furniture to look at a bedroom set. The sales rep helped us pick out a bedroom set that we like and set up a delivery for it. The rep said they have it in stock and that the delivery date was an estimate. We then looked at mattresses. Immediately we were taken to a Tenpurpedic Pro Breeze Medium Hybrid. We were informed that we needed to sleep on it for 30 days, but if we weren't satisfied with it within 90 days we could swap it out, no problem, through their 90 Night Comfort Guarantee. We purchased everything very happy. When it came time for our furniture to be delivered we got notification it is being pushed back. We did receive our mattress, though were unable to use the adjustable base due to the bedroom set we went with having storage under the bed. So we needed to wait until that arrived to use our adjustable base. When the second delivery date came around, for our furniture, we got notification it is being pushed back 1-3 weeks (that was 4 weeks ago without any other notification). My girlfriend decided to look up our bedroom set on the website where it now states it out of stock. We were originally told it was in stock. Also my girlfriend has been waking up in pain so we aren't satisfied with the mattress. On 9-12-2020 we decided to go back into Ashley and take advantage of the 90 night sleep guarantee, as well as to cancel our bedroom set. Once we arrive we tell our original sales person that we want to swap our mattress for a softer version. They direct us to a softer version even noting that it is about $1000 cheaper than the original mattress we purchased. They now inform us that typically they aren't allowed to swap for a cheaper mattress without a manager's approval due to the warranty, something we originally weren't informed of. We then started to explain the other issue of our furniture not being delivered, and it keeps on getting pushed back. I ask to speak to a manager about it. The sales rep leaves to get a manager but returns with a piece of paper that indicated that the mattress can only be swapped out with one of equal or greater value and that the manager won't approve the refund of the difference. So if we went with the softer version, which we did so that we can get a good night's rest, we were out $1000. The sales rep also said that to return the bedroom set we needed to pay a 10% fee. So basically, 1. we were sold a set that we were told was in stock, when in actuality it wasn't. 2. Told by the sales rep that we need to pay a 10% fee to return something they didn't have to begin with. 3. Sold a mattress being told we can swap it out 1 time without hassle, but now are told we have to get one of equal or greater value or we are out the money if we go with something cheaper. Here I feel like Ashley furniture stole our money, and 4. The manager on duty would not come out to speak with us. This is very poor customer service and we were very upset. Our sales rep then indicated that we could talk to someone else, which we wanted to. She then directed us to the customer service specialist and walked off. We explained our situation to the customer service rep, who I felt did an amazing job. She looked up our order, said that since we fully financed our purchased we can cancel our furniture without the 10% fee, and can swap out the mattress. She, however, could not do anything about the difference in price of the mattress without the approval of a manager (who would not come out to speak with us). The furniture order will be cancelled, and I will be notified when it is, and I will be notified when the mattress swap will take place. However, I feel that Ashley stole $1000 by not refunding the difference between our original mattress and the one we are swapping with. read more

We purchased a bed, mattress and dresser and spent over 6000. We were told about white glove delivery. I have no issue with the products once I finally got them. My issue is on the customer service end. The first delivery was a disaster. The crew obviously were not communicating well that day and was not able to put the bed together they blamed a defective rail but I am fairly confident that was not the case and a handle on one of the storage drawers had a broken screw and it had to be known. The major disappointment they the salesmen entered the wrong item number for the dresser. Well over a month later from purchase we now have a working drawer in the bed and the right dresser on the 3rd try which wer delivered and bed fixed by a good crew. Not going to go delineate the phone calls I made but I will tell you that most often I was met with defensive customer service people one even suggested I was at fault. I was not happy but should I have been with living out of crates and a broken bed I spent good money for. Lessons learned...Check the invoice carefully, be real familiar with their return policy and it is not standard for all stores and if possible don't accept anything if it isn't right. And lastly do some homework on the store and customer service before you purchase. read more

I bought a power recline May of 2016. Also bought extended warranty. I usually don't think warranty is necessary because most purchases outlive warranty. Thank God I did. I hope I can get in touch with someone before it expires!! When my chair was delivered in 2016 it was broken. I fought, to no avail, for a new one. I still don't believe ANY piece of new furniture should have to be repaired. Total spent was $736.57! Not especially cheap. The manager @ Jefferson Blvd is very unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. My chair is broken now, the power lift is broken. I have been trying for days to get in touch with repair company G BS ENTERPRISES! I have sent 2 emails. After over an hour of holding along with leaving a call back number.I get nothing. I go to the store, as I did originally, and nothing. The rude manager said " if I call I'll have to sit on the phone for 1 1/2 hours". I replied " and no one wants to do that!" So I'm telling you their furniture looks pretty with moderate pricing BUT if you have a problem you are on your own! Sales people seem nice enough, they want your money . The store stands behind nothing. And the manager is as helpful and less friendly than the dumpster collector is to customer service! read more

Worse customer service I've experienced in years. Bought some furniture and paid to have it delivered. On the delivery date (that was two weeks later) the furniture didn't show up. When I called to check on it the person in their deliver department was rude and hung up on me. When I tried to reach a manager he wasn't available so I left a message. I'm still waiting for a call back. The next day I called again and talked to the sales person. He supposedly got it all straightened out and was going to call me back the next day. Still haven't heard from him either and that was 3 days ago. Finally talked to a different manager today and found out the sales person didn't get it straightened out. So now I've waited three weeks and still don't have my furniture. No one at this store seems to do what they are supposed to or more importantly what they say they will do. Finally so frustrated that I cancelled my order. Now I have to wait five days to get my refund. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. read more

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star but it wouldn't let me select 0 stars. This is the worst furniture company ever to do business with. I received my bedroom furniture with damage to 3 of the 4 pieces and I have called customer service 5 times and each time I call they say the person I need to talk to just left and will call me back in 24-72 hours, well it has been two weeks. Also, when I bought the furniture they never told me it was discontinued. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing from Ashley Furniture. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I literally cried after our furniture was delivered. The delivery men were 45 minutes late and they start bringing in furniture as fast as they could. One guy came into my house holding a nightstand that should have been carried by two people. He rams into a shelf and shatters a handmade ceramic statue that we bought on our honeymoon (actually, the only item we bought on our honeymoon). Then he rams it into the bedroom door and chips the paint. They also brought the wrong stools for the kitchen table so we have to wait another week or so to be able to actually sit at the table to eat. I could have gotten over all of this, but after they left I went to start filling the new nightstands and dresser with items and noticed cracks, stratches, chips, excess glue and other problems with the furniture. The quality is poor to begin with, and I'm sure they were not careful when loading, driving and unloading the furniture. I have talked with guest relations and they are replacing the night stands and the dresser. They asked me for 2 estimates for the property damage. How am I supposed to get someone to put a price on an irreplaceable item?! Needless to say, I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again and advise everyone to stay away!! read more

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I have never Yelped before but after the horrible service I received here, I wanted to help someone else not make the same mistake we made by buying from Ashley Furniture. If I could give no stars, I would. We ordered a couch at the end of January and set a delivery date for a month out. The couch came on time but the ottoman was on backorder, which was okay with us. We would receive dates that it was supposed to be delivered, then the day before they would call us and reschedule. This happened around 4 times before we finally got the ottoman. One of the times they called and rescheduled the night before, so I changed my plans and the next morning I received a call stating they were 20 minutes away? When we finally received the ottoman, it was the wrong ottoman so they had to take it back and reschedule a new delivery date. Once again, we were called to schedule delivery dates and the day before each time we were called to reschedule because they couldn't make it. They eventually just stopped scheduling delivery dates with us all together. I would call because we had no end in sight at this point and no one would answer the phone. I would be on hold for 30 minutes and then the line would disconnect. My boyfriend eventually had to go up there and talk to the manager who seemed just as confused as we were as to why we weren't even receiving delivery dates anymore. Our delivery date was then set for July 29th and they finally showed up. It took 6 months to receive. I couldn't be paid to shop here again, I hope this helps someone else. If you have the choice to go here or somewhere else, go somewhere else. read more

ashley homestore is the worst run company i have ever done business with!!!!!!! i ordered my furniture in april and have yet to receive it. i had to contact them for any information i received. i scheduled a delivery date and had a family member drive 2 1/2 hours just for it not to show up. i was not contacted that it was delayed. i will never do business with ashley homestore again and i would never recommend them to anyone they are an unprofessional, shady business who are horrible at communicating. after i pay for this furniture, i will never do business with them again read more
