I went to Ashley's looking for a coffee table and wanted to also view what other items they had including price points. I went to the store around 6:30pm and it was very empty and don't close until 9pm. They have 2 floors of inventory. I couldn't locate anyone to assist me on the sales floor unfortunately so I just walked around to view prices and find what little coffee tables they did have. After about 15 minutes a sales person finally found me and tried to help but they didn't know much about their inventory. The clearance prices seemed a bit high to me and without getting assistance soon enough, it was hard to tell if prices were actual prices or an additional percentage would be taken off. I think the store is going through a rebrand and new management so there are probably some things they are still working out. read more

We had the oddest interaction with a salesperson today and will never return to the Nashua store. Chris greeted us as we walked in and then continued to tell us his life story while we walked around trying to talk to each other. He spun some odd elaborate tales about his life and kept going ... so uncomfortable! I visited this store looking for a chair. Found one that I liked and there was no price tag on it. I asked the manager what it cost. He could not answer. Went to the computer to figure it out and when he couldn't. He left me to go work with a couple looking for a living room set. Avoid them at all cost! read more

It has been absolutely disgusting how we have been treated here at this store. If you read farther down that has been our experience so far and now it has gotten even worse. Today we were promised they sent us a new couch. They delivered the couch today and it was the exact same ripped couch that they ripped the last delivery. They marked the couch as new in the warehouse and wrapped it up. Do not ever waste your money on this horrible company especially at this location (Nashua, NH on Daniel Webster highway.) The people that work there are rude and did not give a crap about us and treated us horribly for their mistakes. They are awful. "This has been the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. We purchased a $2,350 sectional from this store, and from there, it's been nothing but problems. The initial delivery was fine, but when we decided to change the layout from Left Arm Facing (LAF) to Right Arm Facing (RAF), the nightmare began. First, the team scheduled to pick up the sectional was supposed to arrive between 3-7 PM. They showed up at 10:30 PM, with no tools, so I had to provide my own! While moving the sectional, they cracked my window--a fact I only noticed days later since it was a stress crack. When I reported it, Ashley's outright refused to take responsibility, saying it was "too late" to file a claim. By the third delivery attempt, it got even worse. The crew insisted the sectional wouldn't fit through our door, despite the fact it had already been inside! The sectional is 28 inches, and our door is 31.5 inches. But did they listen? No. They barely spoke English, and we had to communicate through Google Translate. After arguing, they finally tried but forced it through, tearing the fabric, and then turned around and blamed us, saying it was "undeliverable." We have been patient long enough and are sick of being treated horribly. Every time we call, they tell us it's being "escalated" or that "someone will call us back." No one ever calls. We just get passed off from one person to the next, with the same empty promises and zero accountability. Months later, we still don't have the sectional we paid for, my window is still broken, and we're stuck with Ashley's pathetic excuse for customer service. 12/23 we purchased a sofa and ottoman from Ashley Furniture in Nashua. We were sold the furniture protection plan which is supposed to cover you if you get stains on the couch for up to 5 years. We made our first and only claim at the beginning of March when our puppy jumped up on our couch after stepping in poop. The company refuses to come clean the couch. They gave us the run around for several weeks (meanwhile we are not allowed to clean our couch per the policy so we cannot use it either). Now the company has decided that we are denied due to accumulation (except this was a single event and the only reason time has passed is they were not responsive). We contacted Ashley Furniture Nashua (Xavier Martin is the VP of Ops) several times over the last two weeks without a return call. Ashley Furniture is selling protection plans that have no intention of performing under the contract. Instead of returning calls they just ignore us. This is called Fraud. Buyer Beware. This is not a reputable company. Update: You'll note they took time to reply to Yelp but still have yet to return my calls. I already have emailed the email they sent two weeks ago with no response. They are literally confirming how terrible they are with this reply. They are not even remotely apologetic or helpful for selling fraudulent furniture protection. Buyer Beware! Cameron and Brian were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all of the furniture, warranties, discounts & specials. They were extremely patient while we decided and tested furniture. They were professional and friendly. No pressure sales. We ended l with a great deal and looking forward to updating the review with information on how well the product delivery and set up goes. Update- the warranty company was supposed to come out on Monday, but never showed. I had the appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. Received notification that they would be out from 630-930pm on 8/7. That time seemed a little nuts to me. Never had a service call at 9pm. Then I got a call around 5:30 p.m. where a voicemail was left saying that the technician was running a half hour behind. So that I'm thinking does that mean they're coming at 10:00 p.m. which is absolutely ludicrous. 10:00 p.m. rolls around nobody has come and no phone calls to let me know the technician won't be coming. I called back around 8:00 p.m. The service center was closed because I wanted to let them know that I don't want anyone coming to my house around 10:00 p.m.. read more

I bought a ton of furniture in 2018 including a bedroom set and mattress . since then my mattress has not held up the way it should and it has a 10 year warranty , they are not standing behind their product by finding a way to fix it . WOULD NOT RETURN EVEN IF EVERYTHING IN THE STORE WAS FREE. My husband and myself decided to return to Ashley to buy a couch even after our last experience was horrible years prior (mistake number one). We order a couch a month in advance for our new house, set up the delivery date and two days before the delivery date I got a phone call saying it was canceled. After calling multiple times and multiple people blowing me off stating it was a manufacturer issue and we'd have to wait another month until it gets to the warehouse I decided to call the nashua store where we got it. I spoke to Ashley who claimed to be the "manager" who was extremely rude and was laughing while saying there was nothing she could do it was a manufacturer problem... expecting me to just be okay with it. I was told by her I would receive a call within 72 hours from the "higher ups"... 13 days later and no one reached out to me so I decided to yet again call to find out what was going on. I found out my couch got pushed back another two weeks and AGAIN had a horrible conversation with the "manager" Ashley. We decided to cancel our order after all I went through for the past almost two months I no longer wanted to give my hard earned money to this company who CLEARLY does not care about their customers. So here we are sitting on camp chairs for almost two months in our new house waiting for a piece of furniture that probably would have never arrived anyway.. if I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Ashleys furniture is horrible i bought a dining room set on march 4 , 2022 it is now may 6ty 2022 i have one bench and 4 chairs no table every month i ca ll and speak to sup and told end of april now i call begining may and am told end of may then i call again and now june 4th but told only an estimate may be returning so many excuses and no apologies no credit if i do not get by june 4th im done all goes back and will go to a furniture store who will will deliver what i pay for i definitely fo not recommend Adhleys furniture at all!! read more

Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star because if I could I definitely would. My elderly parents went here about 3 weeks ago and bought a dresser from the damaged section. They had no way to get it home, so several days later I went to pick it up. Well, the piece of furniture my parents bought was sold to somebody else. Mistakes happen and we understand that. After speaking with a salesperson, and two different managers my parents were offered a refund or the same dresser, brand new for the same price as the damaged one. The manager said the new dresser was currently in storage in Pennsylvania and would be in New Hampshire in about 2 weeks. My parents decided to wait it out and take them up on the offer of a new dresser. My parents waited the 2 weeks then started calling the furniture store. For 2 days they called to get a status on the dresser. Nobody was able to give them an answer. So, they went to the store to find out when they could expect the new dresser from Pennsylvania. They were told that it would most likely arrive at the end of December. Without hesitation, my parents ask for a refund and it was given to them. This was the first time anyone in the family had shopped at Ashley Furniture. We will never go back! read more
