Thank heavens I didn't decide to turn out of the parking lot too soon. I then followed behind the truck onto interstate 90 when they then started to drive erratic and fast. Then I was blinded by a very bright light from the back of the truck. It was very difficult to see for the remainder of my trip home. My car died about 6 houses down from my own place at 8:30pm on a Friday night. I was initially told that the tow would take an hour, but Dave's showed up in about 25-30 minutes! The driver was very courteous and asked me what happened. He checked under the hood, inspecting the engine, checking the oil, etc just to see if we could figure out what was going on. After many attempts at jumping my car to get it moved into a better place to put on the flatbed, he ended up having to pull/push my car into the road and was very careful throughout the process. He also let me know that the undercarriage in the front was scraped up some (which I knew) so that I wouldn't think that the towing did that. He doubled checked what dealership it was being taken to, made sure I didn't need a ride, and got my car on the flatbed and out of the road quickly. Considering a different tow company I used through my Roadside Assistance took 3 hours in the fall to just come get my keys, not even pick up my car, I was very happy with the service that Dave's provided and would recommend them in an instant.
