First appointment was for less than 10 minutes and were asked to do antibiotics, again. Her GP already tried this before referring out to here. Second visit, again no more than 10 minutes for him to say she needs minor surgery. On the second visit the office hounded me to reschedule calling the Friday before, the morning of and then about noon with her appointment at 345. They booked her visit during "procedure" time. We were told to make appointment for the procedure on the second visit and did for today 2/10. When arriving this morning we were told it was actually for tomorrow 2/11. This is after I called to confirm and got the automated message confirming 2/10. The front desk staff needs training in customer service badly. When leaving the on the second visit I had to tell them about the procedure scheduling. She argued with my daughter this morning that she booked it for 2/11 and that we got it wrong. We are done with this place. Two visits, no results. Nothing more than any walk in clinic could do.

They'll check your temperature and the temps of your parents/guardian so be prepared for that. Also, bring a mask! I forgot mine and they were nice enough to give me one, but they have a low supply so be sure not to forget yours.

All they had to do is read insurance on file. But the front desk told me "they would be a no charge today". How bout the half day wages and my time. Billed me for $562 they said it was for my appointment in Feb. At that time they happily took my BCBS card, I paid a co-payment but waited till Jun 27th to bill me this out of network charge. The office manager said on the phone they haven't ever taken BCBS insurance. But they took mine. Wow what a terribly managed office. Billing dept said it had to be recoded at the visiting office the visiting office said it's the billing dept that has to make the change.

Are you better?") in the uptown office, and being left to cool my heels in an exam room for 30 minutes past my appointment time for the laser consult I wanted, before I ghosted them -and I never got the the original reasons that I went to this practice in the first place. I had such high hopes for resolution of a few minor issues. Now, I'm worse off than when I started this process. A big shoutout to Tracey and Dr. Munavalli who took the time when I had to have some minor surgery. Dr. Munavalli actually listened to the fact that numbing does not normally work on me. Other Doctors seem confused by that fact and refuse to help find a solution. He took the time to devise a cocktail of different numbing solutions. It's the first time in my life I did not feel cutting or stitching. Special shoutout to Tracey the nurse that helped me both times. Thank you to Leila my PA who helped find the spots that needed treatment. And I love your personality! My fair skin does not make for great dermatology visits but everyones' attitude and understanding of my needs makes this the favorite dermatology office I've been to. Only one minor issue, both of my surgical appointments they were running behind. The first was 50 minutes, the second was 1 hour 10 minutes. It would be nice if you had a way of notifying us at check in so we could make it down to the cafe for lunch before they close.
