She responded quickly and always answered all my questions. Very easy to get in touch with! She asked me all about the sort of "feel" we wanted for our photos. From "bump" shots to holiday shoots, and even my parents' anniversary shoot, they've just done nothing but the best work. They work as a couple, one shoots while the other sets up the pose or looks for the next spot, and they just seem to have an eye for the most natural, happy, and flattering moments; plus they always seem to have ideas on how we should pose (not easy with little ones). Although her pictures were good, she struggled delivering the 3 photos per week. For almost 2 months I asked her about her lack of content. Every time she had an excuse and said she would do it. Finally gave up and stopped using her. Unreliable and didn't take direction well. She complained to a staff member about not getting paid for the photographs. Not sure how she expected to get paid for a job she didn't do. Don't recommend.
