As they began to accumulate, I attempted multiple times to reach out to diffuse the situation and work on a resolution. And again no resolution was made despite multiple attempts. The only response I did get was basically placating me without giving me any solutions. The final straw for me was that they charged me for the services without my approval and without confirming that the job was complete, which, for my opinion, it wasn't because I was dissatisfied with the services and no one had provided me with a resolution
