I used this company for my wedding. They made my vision come to life delivering almost perfect floral decor. Her pricing I felt was fair as she didn't give me a minimum spend unlike some other florists. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they forgot the spray for my sweetheart table. Dealing with Kim was a delight from start to finish. She is warm, friendly, competent and perceptive. She understands your needs and budget, and then produces the most amazing floral designs. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not go here. Would give zero stars if this were an option. if you want inattentive, unresponsive, distracted, and rude service (or lack of any service) then this is the place for you. As wedding planners they were useless. But if you want someone who pays attention to what you want and will give you their best effort to make it happen then GO ELSEWHERE. We were told we would get a list of preferred, proven vendors for peripheral services like DJ, photographer, videographer, etc - NEVER HAPPENED. We ended up doing it all. We called several times with questions - calls were not answered - got the lame excuse "I didn't get the message." Never produced the detailed timeline for the wedding - like who should be where, and when. Never coordinated with our other service providers and the venue. When our photo booth guy went missing for half an hour and photos were not printed they were nowhere to be found, despite their promise to be on site to make sure everyone was doing their job. They were hired to make things easier and less stressful for us and we got just the opposite. Fortunately, our Maitre'd was more knowledgeable and helpful. side note - one of our guests was so impressed by the wedding (venue, food and service at The English Manor - all top notch and highly recommended) they asked who helped plan the wedding as their daughter just got engaged. We told them they'd be better off having no wedding planner than these guys, so they are going elsewhere for a planner. If you read the reviews about them you'll notice several other negative reviews with similar themes. That should tell you that this is not an isolated experience. Buyer beware! read more

I had the best experience with Marquis Florals! Called past 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon to see if I could get an arrangement sent to my dear friend that afternoon. They said, yes,yes,yes! Not only did they get the flowers delivered, the flowers were gorgeous and they really brightened my friends day...which in turn brightened mine. This florist is trying to get thru this COVID time with their business intact. They deserve your business as they were so anxious to help me and came thru with flying colors. I'd heard rave reviews about Kim for years, but didn't have the opportunity to work with her until my daughter's wedding July 30,2016. What a wonderful experience! From the beginning, dealing with Kim, Joanne and Mary was an absolute pleasure. It was like dealing with friends. After our initial meeting, Kim created a sample centerpiece. Although it was beautiful, it wasn't exactly what my daughter had envisioned. We felt bad about asking Kim to do another sample, but she was wonderful and told us it was no problem and she wanted us to love the flowers. The results were magnificent! Kim and her staff did a wonderful job on the flowers for my daughters July 2015 wedding. The centerpieces turned out beautifully even though we changed the color scheme a couple weeks before the event. Her staff came through and they looked just gorgeous. All the bridesmaids flowers and the bouquet looked great along with the fellow's boutonnierres and were delivered on time the day of the wedding. DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Kim is nasty and condescending. My brother/ sister in law were getting their flower arrangements done for her wedding. 9 months ago we met for over an hour, telling her specifics. The preview was not at all what she wanted. Flowers were dead, colors were wrong, etc. Kim (the owner) had the audacity to tell my sister in law to stop speaking to her and then proceeded to lecture my SIL she was fresh and nasty. She dismissed us immediately. My brother and I attempted to speak to her privately and she proceeded to yell at us. 2 weeks before their wedding!!!!! DO. NOT. GO. HERE. read more

We were married on Oct 1 in the Grand Marquis. Kim and her crew did a phenomenal job taking care of us. They worked with me to establish the types of flowers I liked, the style of bouquet, and all our specifics. They even let me send them pictures that they referenced to get our bouquets exactly as we wanted. We went with a nontraditional centerpiece-grapes and eucalyptus. There were no pictures we could find of what we wanted, but Kim created a beautiful centerpiece with a bowl of grapes of beautiful foliage surrounded by many votives and a few floating candles. We were beyond thrilled. The cost was very reasonable, and although we agreed on tiny bouquets for our bridesmaids, I was surprised when Kim provided us with large, beautiful bouquets. We even got some flowers for our cake and petals for our flower girl. We were very satisfied and would use their services again and recommend them highly! We wound up going with Marquis Florals at the recommendation of our wedding venue and have not regretted the decision for one second! From the time my wife met Kim up through our wedding day, every single interaction with Kim and her staff has been positive, professional, and stress-free. My wife was not one of those brides that walked in with a vision of what she wanted everything to look like, so Kim had tons of books for my mother-in-law and wife to look through to get ideas. They also looked online together to find images similar to what theyliked. Her sister Joann and secretary Mary kept in touch with us every step of the way and were always so sweet! On the day of our affair, everyone was stunned at how beautifully the synagogue and ballroom were decorated. All of the bouquets, boutineers, and wristlets were gorgeous as well! Marquis Florals also provided a courtesy basket for the restroom, and to my surprise, one for our bridal suite! Went to marquis over 9 months before our wedding and spent over an hour going over 2 different center pieces and bouquets etc. went back 2 weeks before the wedding and received samples full of dead center pieces full of roses, when I specifically said I HATED roses. Mind you she "could not find" any of the reference photos I gave her at the initial visit. She continued to tell me I was nasty, and that it was my fault for not scheduling a sample appointment sooner (mind you she had ignored more than 2 of my emails after the initial visit). She went on to kick us out of her showroom saying she obviously "cannot help us". After leaving hysterically crying she continued to tell us it was her fault that the samples were not correct. My family has run a business for over 40 years and never would treat a customer the way this business owner did. I warn any bride from ever dealing with this florist/despicable woman. She was the most rude and vile woman I could ever imagine dealing with in my life let alone 2 weeks before the most important day of my life. read more

Kim did my daughter's affair a few years back for her bat mitzvah. At the time, I knew Kim was pricier than who I used for my sons affair 2 years prior, but I was recommended to her and thought it would be worth the price. Such was not the case with my affair. Frankly, I was extremely upset after, and sadly during the affair. Upon meeting Kim, she seemed to have good ideas. However, apparently she takes on much too much business regardless of whether it is manageable or not. She made me a sample of our centerterpiece arrangement which consisted of tall branches, crystals and flowers, and it was not inexpensive. The sample was not as substantial as what we discussed, and was missing some components. She refused to make another sample, but assured me I would be pleased with the end result. When I entered the reception room the day of the affair, I was mortified to see that the centerpieces looked like they were thrown together in a hurry. Some were larger than others, some were lopsided , etc. In addition to that, and what was most horrifying was the seating board, which was expected to be quite ornate and elegant,was in fact only partially completed! Rather than flowers surrounding the edges of the entire board, only the top edge was covered. The rest was left completely unadorned. But that's not all! Every guest with the last name beginning with the letter S was omitted from the seating board! It was horribly embarrassing, as I had several couples trying to figure out where they were supposed to be seated! After the affair, I left a message for Kim. Kim never called me on Monday morning to apologize. Instead, I had to call her, at which point she offered to take a mere $200 off of the total bill which was thousands! And after days of not having received the check, I had to call her again and remind her. So, perhaps this was an isolated incident, but unfortunately, it was my affair this happened to. I believe some businesses will take on whatever business they can get regardless of whether they have the time of the staff to do it well. I know you will hear that Kim does beautiful flowers, as I've seen them at other affairs. But she certainly has something to learn about running a business because this was something that never ever should have happened! read more

Kim and her team are incredible! From our first meeting, Kim seemed to really understand my vision and made me feel completely confident that the flowers for my wedding would be incredible. She listened, was honest, and helped lead me when I asked for her input. Then on the wedding day, she did more than deliver! I actually teared up when I saw the bouquets (which means a lot for a girl who doesn't consider herself a "flower person"). The bouquets were detailed and gorgeous and matched perfectly with the gorgeous centerpieces! Jaws dropped when our guests entered the room, meaning that people chose to take home centerpieces and bouquets to enjoy them for a bit longer. Finally, the cementing decor and chuppah...
