What was most disappointing was the response when I expressed that I wasn't happy with my hair. Instead of feeling heard, I felt that the owner became defensive rather than trying to understand my concerns or work toward a solution. As a bride, you hope to feel supported and confident on your wedding day, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I do want to mention that the makeup artists were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, and did a beautiful job with everyone's makeup, which I truly appreciated. I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but I think it's important for future brides to know that while the makeup team was wonderful, my experience with the wedding hair services and customer service fell short of expectations.

Infact, the panels that should be infrared light do not light up at all. The brand of sauna is Sunlighten mPulse. When researched, my intuition was correct. Not only was the infrared not working, the heat was dropping, not rising. I opened the door the once to get in. I never sweat one bead in the 30 minutes I remained in there waiting for the heat to increase.

I understand that prices vary, but if you are going to overcharge based on supply and demand, at a minimum the same quality service should be offered. I think it's fair to expect that this manicure + pedicure would be as good as a mani / pedi half the price. 1. Nail polish started chipping less than 24 hours later 2. The nail polish coat was not smooth, you could see the various layers 3. There was not proper cuticle cutting or dead skin removal of pedicure So disappointed with my experience. Hopefully this message will help someone from making the same mistake I did. Do not get a manicure / pedicure here.

The hair consultant listen to my needs and my wants regarding of my son's hair she didn't decide to make her her own but instead asked me along the way if it's was okay and I really appreciate that. The price was great it was $7 for his hair to get trimmed so I gave her a $10 tip for her professionalism. I will make sure to go back there again for my son and even for my daughter. I would recommend for almost anybody to go there. And the reason why I say almost is because I have ethnic hair and honestly I don't know if the ladies have ever dealt with ethnic hair, I guess I will have to be a discussion for later to them.
