Not only was the infrared not working, the heat was dropping, not rising. I opened the door the once to get in. It seems to me that this persons problem isn't with the salon or Tracy but with her own personality. You are not a stylist. That should have been communicated since we had already paid before the service. Also, they asked for tips to be paid directly to a personal Venmo account rather than through the business. The massage itself was fine- nothing special or unusual. They do not offer bottled water or wine, as most places do with a couples massage. All in all, it was a good last minute booking.
