While the stylist was friendly and the salon very nice, the manicure and pedicure quality was poor. There's nothing worse than over paying for a service, only to have it be terrible. I understand that prices vary, but if you are going to overcharge based on supply and demand, at a minimum the same quality service should be offered. I think it's fair to expect that this manicure + pedicure would be as good as a mani / pedi half the price. 1. Nail polish started chipping less than 24 hours later 2. The nail polish coat was not smooth, you could see the various layers 3. There was not proper cuticle cutting or dead skin removal of pedicure So disappointed with my experience. I've been here a few times for a haircut, massage, mani & pedi. The staff is very professional and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and the best part is they do good work. Quite frankly I've been to other salons & paid more for really shotty work. It's great having something so far up north too. The gas money I save not driving to Burlington or Montreal is great. A well run establishment. All the workers are professionally dressed & present a good image. read more

I went and had a full day of beauty. Mariah did my age rewind facial, BEST facial Ever. The massage was more like physical therapy and I was sore for 3 day after. BTW, Mariah did not do my massage. Then I got a mani, pedi. Both amazing!! Then it was wash, dry, and style. The style gave me tons of volume and it was beautiful. Lastly Mariah did my makeup. She did an awesome job. So if you go to My Salon and Spa, ask for Mariah, tell her Juliette sent you. read more

My sister, Mom and I went here while on vacation in Derby last week. My sister got Gel nails done and myself and my mom got pedicures done. The women doing the pedicures were SO friendly! They chatted with us but not too much, they still allowed it to be relaxing and they did an amazing job! The woman doing the Gel nails was also friendly but maybe a little too talkative, a 16 year old doesn't need to hear a life story but I will say that her nails came out VERY good! We would defiantly visit again. The prices were a little high though. read more
