I ordered two separate mother's day flower boutiques and requested they be delivered 5/8/2021 two…read moredays before actual mothers day. My order was over $120.00 and on top of that I paid $15 each boutique to have them delivered. one boutique was delivered on 5/8 but was not the boutique I paid for. I specifically ask for no white roses and that boutique arrived with white roses. The second boutique never arrived. I called Friday and Saturday and left a message on the business machine of why the flowers were not delivered. I never received a return phone call. Mothers day came and went and still no flowers were delivered. Monday after I went into the shop. They explained to me they were so busy and I ended up picking up the flowers myself and delivering them to my mom. I ask the manager why they didn't even bother to call me to let me know if no one answered the door. My mom is always home due to health reasons with a nurse. They had three days to make the delivery. It just makes no sense why I was never called or given a call back. Very bad customer service and very rude owner. Not even offered a partial refund or apology. I would not be so upset if they would have just taken 30 seconds to call me and let me know they supposedly attempted to deliver them three times.
