I specifically ask for no white roses and that boutique arrived with white roses. The second boutique never arrived. I called Friday and Saturday and left a message on the business machine of why the flowers were not delivered. I never received a return phone call. Mothers day came and went and still no flowers were delivered. Monday after I went into the shop. They explained to me they were so busy and I ended up picking up the flowers myself and delivering them to my mom. I ask the manager why they didn't even bother to call me to let me know if no one answered the door. My mom is always home due to health reasons with a nurse. They had three days to make the delivery. It just makes no sense why I was never called or given a call back. Very bad customer service and very rude owner. Not even offered a partial refund or apology. I would not be so upset if they would have just taken 30 seconds to call me and let me know they supposedly attempted to deliver them three times.

Everybody loved the songs choices during the wedding and the dance floor was packed all night. The ceremony music selection was played beautifully with amazing sound quality for my wedding video. He was super open to taking requests from all the guests (which not all DJ's are up for) and he even did introductions of the bridal party, etc perfect! If I ever need a DJ for any event Southwest Sounds will be the first person I call!
