When I called to complain, they seemed to want to take care of me by coming to pick up the bouquet and explained that I would be credited for the entire cost. They only returned $89.98 and will not return my calls. Ironically, the same day giving them my cc over the phone, is when fraudulent charges were placed on my account. I would stay far far away from ordering any flowers from this company. I would give them a negative star rating if that was an option.
