I chose the firmest pressure available and requested extra attention on my back and shoulders since I carry a lot of tension there. The massage was exactly what I needed. The work done on my back and shoulders helped release so many knots and areas of built-up stress. I received a full-body massage, and I genuinely felt relief almost immediately.
