Very disappointed with the quality of the furniture I purchased and the communication is terrible…read more I purchased an electric recline couch and loveseat and have had a little over 2 months. In the store I noticed a small stitch coming out and was assured it would be fixed before delivery. It was not, it was delivered with the stitching still out and we had to have one of their guys come to fix it. Not even a month later more stitching has come out and I have attempted to contact them through the website with no response. I called the store but all I got was they cannot be returned but they have a 1 year warranty. I also contacted on Facebook Messenger which took way to long to get a response and all I got was that their guy would be in touch to come fix it... AGAIN. I am still waiting to hear from their guy and them and it has been over a week since they last responded. The motor is also starting to act up on one of the recliners. This is absolutely unacceptable for new furniture and doing business in general.

The sales woman is really nice but havent heard a word from her. but its the owner thats really terrible with people. I also wanted them to make sure the bed I received was same I ordered. A week later i told them it didn't look like or feel like what I ordered. Aric, the owner, to have somone look at it and stated he'd never take back a bed! then he started yelling at me about it. His warranty program is non-existent. terrible customer service. Aric is a rude, obnoxious, mean actually, person. He has tantrums like a 2 year old. very unprofessional. he recommended a few contractors for various work we needed done. Out of 4 people... 1 showed up. The rest didn't want to be associated with his name.

I purchased my mattress many years ago and it's just as firm now as it was when it first arrived at my house. The price was VERY reasonable as I ended up paying a fraction of the price that other stores charged while receiving a mattress that was far superior in both quality and durability. The saleswoman was very kind and knowledgeable. The delivery was timely and everything was super smooth. I can't say enough good things about this place. This place truly is a local gem and I would urge anyone looking for a new bed, especially an ultra firm one, to come here.

Finally reached a point where could order expensive couch. Custom ordered a sectional from Mentor…read moreLevin. Spent thousands of dollars. Upon delivery the sectional did not align. Even delivery individual was frustrated on how looked. Back of couch did not align and front seems were off. Week later sent out a repair tech. He was pleasant tried to fix because said Levin would not replace a custom order. If I had ordered stock couch, they would have replaced?? Same problem but out of luck because spent more $! Tech drilled into new couch to move connector and improved Top appearance but bottom of couch offline. Noticed two days later that the corner piece (next to) is now off line and huge gap on top of couch. Customer Service Crystal called and said that "meets manufacturer deviation" so would do nothing to correct and refused any type of refund. I spent alot of hard earned money and according to Levin I just have to deal with. Would love their sales and customer service to work hard for money, receive crap and just be stuck with it. Never seen worse customer service. Save yourself the headache and money and shop anywhere else. The couch is from England Furniture Company so stay clear of them as well!

On one of my sofas the back pillows are going flat and my love seat glider is piling, also my bedroom dressers are chipped inside and a big flawed bump on the top. Pure "JUNK" I would never purchase from this company again. FYI, I had a couch made there around 12 years ago and it was made wonderful. I quess its just all about the money and giving cheap product for more profit. Sad
