So nice to see more fitness studios in Bonita area…read more I came in to take a class and they were super friendly. The studio is beautiful. They did a great job creating this space. I was told when I arrive the class is in Spanish, which I thought I have done reformer before it should be ok. It was the instructor was very attentive to the non Spanish speakers. She helped prompt us when transitioning different moves. She also helped with adjusting when we needed adjustments. The class itself was challenging. I was very satisfied with my workout. They offer other classes like Barre and some using the TRX. I would definitely recommend this place, just know it is in Spanish.
