He gave me a firm date when he would do the repair and called me with the cost estimate for the repair. He fixed the unit when he said, the cost was exactly what was quoted and my machine runs better than it ever has. I would recommend this business for small engine repair and I know I'll be back with other equipment. You will probably be surprised on how small the shop is but you will also be astounded at all the equipment Jeff works on. 5 stars to me!
