Most importantly he practices old fashioned medicine (albeit in a state of the art office suite); he listens and makes careful evaluations with the goal being minimum treatments. In my case that meant "wait and see" follow-ups even though my ultra sound does show some venous insufficiency. Another doctor I had seen immediately said I needed SIX procedures without any real explanation. Dr Boyes is the man to see for real professional care.

In early July, an ultrasound of my heart was performed which revealed (for the first time) a 4.2 cm aortic aneurysm. This is a condition that my grandfather passed away from only one month after his 62nd birthday (so my condition is hereditary). I then had additional visits with Dr. Price in July and August but the aneurysm was NEVER mentioned!! It was not until I ordered copies of my own medical records THREE MONTHS LATER (in October) and read them MYSELF that I found out I had an aneurysm. I immediately called Dr Price who told me we would discuss it at (the previously scheduled upcoming appointment). Dr. Price has done nothing but downright lie AND downplay my condition ever since he failed to read my test results and has not reported accurately or honestly. It's a good thing I was taking my blood pressure medication for those three months because had I known I had an aneurysm which could've ruptured I might not be alive today because he completely failed to read the July echo Doppler study that was done in his office then proceeded to lie about everything- which only made me even more concerned about my already serious health condition .
