Seriously good burgers. Been through Delta many times, never stopped to eat. Now there's a reason. Had the mushroom Swiss burger & fries. All fresh ingredients. Fries were crisp, not too greasy. The bread on the burgers is flakey and falls apart kinda cheap bun and not enough veggies on the burgers, but the meat tasted fresh and had a good flavor. Very divey inside and outdated. I definitely liked the double cheese burger better than the elk burger...we had a peanut butter brownie for desert not bad... tasted home made. read more

Pretty good burger. Absolutely no consideration for COVID exposure. Its as 9f it doesn't exist for them.

We went to Ashton's on our way to Moab. 1. Burgers were lean, yummy, and tasty. 2. Fries were a serious weak point. Soggy and lousy. 3. Our friends' large drinks were served in recyclable plastic but my medium drink was served in Styrofoam. Why? 4. The tri tip special was really good. 5. The pulled pork was yummy. 6. We bought 2 rib eye steaks from the grocery case and BBQ them the next night. They were great. 7. The place was busy. A good sign in a small town. read more

I ordered the elk burger Keto style. I could barely cut it with the plastic knife it was so well done. The rest of our family's burgers were equally overcooked. The flavor might have been good but they were all too overcooked to tell. Cheese curds and pickle fries were yummy. Fries ok. Oh my gosh was this good! My husband had a mushroom swiss burger and onion rings. I like a food adventure and so I chose the peanut butter burger. I know, right? So weird, but SO GOOD! Think of the taste of cracker jacks meets beef. Kind of maple-y and peanutt-y and smokey and bacon-y. On the side I had the jalepeno poppers. You could tell they were homemade because they were all different shapes--these didn't come out of some packaging. Nice, nice flavor. This seemed to be a favorite place for the locals to eat, too, and that's a good sign. I loved the service, too. Really, really nice people. Definitely recommend it for some out of this world burgers--and some quirky good ones too. I have a feeling everything on the menu is going to be great. My tummy is still smiling! read more

Best burgers in town? I agree. Delta's a small place, so I can't say much about the bar it's being held to, but the monthly special Ranch Burger was excellent. Perfectly cooked patty, excellent artisan bread, really really good bacon. The ham on the burger wasn't necessary though, and the fries were just meh. Clean bathroom too. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Ordered the Peanut Butter burger (maple peanut butter), and it was perfection. It sure was messy, but it was ever bit as delicious. We also ordered Phil's Burger, which was just as good. The fries were fresh-cut, and the BBQ sauce had an amazing smoked flavor to it. This burger joint is a hidden gem, along with the mountains right outside of Delta. I know I will find my way back just to eat at Ashton's again. read more

Good local burger joint. We had the mushroom Swiss burger, a cheeseburger, and pulled pork sandwich plus several kids meals. The kids loved their food and the adults were satisfied. Driving around Delta there is no much to see. That's got me very concerned about the food. Well, we decided stop at this place. It's the typical small town restaurant, and fells like the whole town is there. Now, their burgers are great, better than all fancy burger from big cities I tried. Service was great. Fantastic burgers!!! They raise their own beef, and they have all types of meat for sale there. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger, and had them put pastrami on it- the best burger I've had in a long, long time. Great family owned Burger Barn. Excellent Sandwich Joint! They have the best Pulled Pork Sandwich in all of Utah. I like mine with that Grill Master BBQ Sauce the have. They have good service and when you stop by ask for Trey, he'll come out and give you a bid O'l welcome. read more

Best burgers in town! I don't know what we ever did before we discovered Ashton's. This place is also a butcher shop, so the meat is fresh and raised right here in Millard County. Nothing beats their classic cheeseburger piled high with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. We can split an order of fries three ways, because their portions are HUGE.
