    Chicken tacos

We had really high expectations for this taco truck after reading the previous reviews. One thing that is wrong is that Google has the wrong address, but it's located just down the street so it's not too much of an inconvenience. The carne tacos were decent and the chicken tacos were okay but the tortillas were overcooked and too hard to eat for my son. Don't order the carne asada fries. They were extremely soggy. We asked them if that's how they are cooked and they told us yes, we had to order them extra crispy (like we knew that). Well, I threw it away in front of them and they didn't say anything. Please pick another spot if you can. Not worth the price, nor the drive. 5 star reviews must be for a different food truck.

Tacos Los Panchos Food Truck. Pilmore, Utah

Today, my job took me to Orem, Utah. One of the best things about a road trip is the pit stops. On my way home, we stopped for fuel in Filmore, so I checked Yelp to see where the good food was at. A lot of you Yelpers had good things to say about Tacos Los Panchos, a food truck located near the Sinclair Gas Station. So, naturally, I had to stop and check it out. I was very impressed with the setup and how clean the truck was. We ordered four tacos and two horchatas. The tacos were 10/10, all four. My favorite was the shrimp, which was bursting with flavor and freshness. The corn tacos had a nice crunch to them, which I liked. The horchatas were mid, in my opinion. Not thick enough, and one of the spices was overpowering. Tacos Los Panchos was totally worth the 10-minute delay to our destination.

Not many food choices in the area but this comfy Mexican food joint hit the spot. I think in the Yelp pictures it's depicted as a truck but now it's officially a brick and mortar.

    Birria and pork tacos combo.

Pretty good pork and birria tacos. Their beans are awesome, def worth adding. My husband really enjoyed their "spicy sauce" he requested. He can handle spice and said it was a perfect level. Service is friendly, price is great, casual atmosphere. Although it's a sit down place, you can get in and out pretty quick.

Such great food and the service was friendly and excellent too. I had the chips and salsa to start. The chips are homemade- excellent start. Then I had the chilaquiles. Also very good. And a couple warm buttered flour tortillas that weren't from store or food delivery, these tasted homemade too. The restaurant was also very clean. Love that. And best of all, it wasn't $1000 like so many restaurants these days. Great value for my hard earned dollar.

The food was great! 4 stars. I had the red cheese enchilada and a shrimp taco. Both were great. The star of the show for me was the tortillas! So so good. The beans were delicious and everything tasted fresh! The service was just ok. We didn't get drinks until midway through the meal. We were excited to try the different salsas but only got one. It was ok but very watery and didn't compliment the beautiful home made chips. This is a great stop for anyone heading south from slc. They just need to get there service line a little bit more organized.

It's true folks....I was skeptical of trying to find a place in the middle of absolute nowhere, but decided to trust my trusty Yelp reviewers! This did not disappoint! Tacos were heavenly and loaded with meat. I got the shrimp and the chicken and was truly impressed. My man got the chicken burrito and loved it. Staff was friendly, we ordered Togo. Chips were warm and fresh too. The only negative if I would say anything, was the array of salsas weren't our favorite, (but we can be salsa snobs as we practically drink the stuff) Food largely made up for that though, and we won't hesitate to be back on our next road trip out of town!

Awesome taco truck that we stumbled across as we were looking for "Food near me" on Google maps. We didn't know it was a food truck till we pulled up to it. Their food did not disappoint!! It was really good . You definitely get your moneys worth! Their burritos were huge!!! I did not think to take pictures of our food (Sorry) but it was delicious! My hubs and I got the Carne Asada burritos, (it's food coma status ) and my in laws got The Pollo (chicken) burrito & Huevos & Chorizo burrito. They loved their food too! Great flavor, great value! Great place to stop if you're passing through town and are searching for "food near me". STOP AND EAT HERE!! And get your picture taken too

During our meal I saw an employee go into the bathroom. She did come out with dripping wet hands but did she use soap? The menus is simple. We ordered the chicken taquitos and a burrito. My server seemed new and wasn't sure about things. He kept asking for help. I was asked to wait quite a few times. It wasn't bad, just seemed like the blind leading the blind. The prices posted on the menu weren't exactly accurate. I was charged more than it showed. Not much, but it was inaccurate. The drink machine was sticky. Every time I pushed the lever I had to stop early or my cup would over flow because it was sticky and kept pouring. It needs a good cleaning. The food was surprisingly good. The chili verde meat was tender and the taquitos were crisp and flavorful. The spice was perfect. Overall, It was ok. I would just like to see a few things better stocked and cleaned.

Someone else in our party ordered the special for that day: the beef and shrimp fajitas. They didn't give her a receipt and they were taking forever to fix her food. We had to follow up with them. And when they finally brought out her food, they did apologize but also said they forgot to fix her food. Interesting.

Where in Utah is Lee today?!…read more You voted for Mexican food, so I'm spending some time visiting a few of my favorite spots in Central Utah. Today's stop was right here in Richfield at Playa Azul TacoShop, where I grabbed lunch before heading out for my ride. And just like every other time I've been here... This place was BUSY! The parking lot was packed with cars and motorcycles. Local businesses were holding lunch meetings, and families were enjoying great Mexican food together. Today's pick: Crispy Chicken Taco with chips and salsa First bite? Hot, fresh, juicy chicken wrapped in a perfectly crispy tortilla. Simple, delicious, and exactly what you want before a long ride. Lee's Local Verdict: Worth stopping in Richfield for? Absolutely! Fast, friendly service, great food, and a full parking lot that tells you everything you need to know. Now I'm curious... I wasn't super impressed w the carne asada - a little dry and not a lot of flavor. But the carnitas were excellent! My son had a carne asada burrito and had the same feedback. We all felt like they were missing something like some melted cheese or something. I loved the salsa bar and when they say super hot, go ahead and take their word for it. The green super hot was hot but flavorful and the red was too much for me to handle. Last, my tacos came w lemons to squeeze on them which is uncommon - usually I get limes at other places so that was unique. I'd say it's pretty legit authentic but not quite a 5-star experience.

The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top.
