Oh heavens! This was so good! The pot pies were to die for, I could have licked the pan! The crust was flakey and delicate, the filling rich and creamy, just what you hope for in a pot pie. My husband said the sandwich was excellent. At first he thought there may have been too much pickle but after trying it said it was a great balance. The fresh homemade bread was perfect. I am so glad we stopped here and would happily come again when we drive through. I would highly recommend stopping here, it would even be worth a bit of a detour! YUM!!! read more

Okay, let's just say I was completely surprised! I love diners and dives, mom and pop shops, literally anything homemade. Well, we had the ultimate turkey, a turkey on wheat with all the veggies/toppings, chicken pot pie and French toast. We loved it all. That French toast was dreamy. I would love to test out their homemade soups next time I drive through. Everything was wonderful, very grandmas sandwich shop type food vibe. Fresh's Homemade Cafe is a treasure in Nephi UT. I stopped in on my way back from Salt Lake and was pleasantly surprised to find this gem! My sandwich was delicious and the cinnamon roll was so good! This was such a hidden gem. We were in town for my mom's wrestling tournament and Yelp led me here. I am not a fast food fan and a sandwich sounded great.
