During checkout I paid part in cash and then remainder in debit. The therapist came to receptionist and told her to discount me and the receptionist just looked annoyed that I was getting a discount. It wasn't my therapist fault on why I had to wait 30 min past my appt time. But I will not be coming back. Even Though my lady was "ok" I don't want to go thru that ever again. Discount services doesn't mean that you still get great experiences. I will be more than happy to pay full price for impeccable customer service and people skills at Escape and Woodhouse any day! There were two elementary age kids running around the lobby and down the hall, and I could still hear them during the session. The girl who did my massage left me on the bed in a freezing cold room for 15 or 20 minutes before she even came in and got started. The massage was okay, not great. I complained about my feet and legs but she mostly just did what she wanted to do, way too much neck and back work which I didn't even like and her pressure was too deep even when I told her to back off twice. Do your self a favor and pay a little more for a PROFESSIONAL massage.
