Massages here are GREAT. Full body and foot reflexology-big thumbs up. Foot massage set up is nice but right in the front so that it is interrupted constantly. Place is clean and comfortable overall. Their schedule management is TERRIBLE. Several times I have had an appointment for a specific schedule time and duration, confirmed, and shown up for them to tell me they could only offer me a shorter time or have me waiting. This is soo frustrating when you have an appointment, exited for your massage and to relax, to get the exact opposite. **some of this goes back to patrons whom I have heard put pressure on the staff to give them extra time, or show up late and push to have their time still met. Don't be these people!!** The other thing is they have an excessive tipping note at the checkout, way over norms, very passive aggressive suggesting anything less than a 40% tip is not good. read more

For the past several years, I have taken our girls here on their birthday. It is the best mother/daughter self care day ever! This time it was the oldest daughters 28th birthday. I love this place because you can customize what you want during the hour. I like a longer foot reflexology massage where as my daughter wanted a longer massage on her upper body. The massage always starts out with a head and hand massage while feet are soaking in a hot bath. These massages begin in the chair and end up on the table for the back and neck. Probably my last visit there. Every time I go, there is a scheduling error, not just me but with multiple patrons I witness checking in. My husbands masseuse left the room FOUR times to answer the phone and talk to other employees. This happened to me the last 2 times I went. I tried to be understanding but this seems to be the norm. Also I noticed they left several treatment room doors cracked a good 5 inches so you could walk by and see the clients undressed. The last 2 times I've gone there have employee's children running playing and yelling. It is not a relaxing environment. I've given them multiple chances because they are convenient and reasonably priced but after today I'm done. read more

I had not finished signing my name and the lady at the front was shouting at me to tip. However, I already had left 28% tips for both therapists. She just couldn't wait a second for my signature. I've had many massages before but this was my first experience at Reflexology. My husband got me a certificate for a full body massage for my birthday and made a request for a female massage therapist. I came in for my appointment and the man at the counter could not speak English, so he had me point to my husband's phone number in his notebook to confirm. I was taken back to a room that had 2 beds with a single flat sheet over the fitted sheet. Less bedding than I have seen at other establishments. Christmas decorations were up on the walls of the room- it was September. The door would also not close all the way. I had an odd feeling about the place so I left my bra and underwear on and tried to follow the directions of the man from the desk. Waiting for the lady that would massage me, he came into the room said "no no no" touching my sports bra. I knew the bra would be a hindrance but I dressed down to my comfort level with what I had experienced so far. I told him it would stay on. He left the room. He came in again a moment later and repeated the scene. I told him again it was staying on and he left. He came back with his phone to translate that he wanted me to take off the bra so he could give me a massage. Annoyed, and too polite, I told him to give me a minute to remove it and that I wanted a female. He walked away. Again, door would never close shut. Bra gone, and waiting for a female massage therapist, he came back in the room. He gave me a massage. I laid there uncomfortable. Unable to communicate in a vulnerable position. Again, I was too polite and should have walked out at this point but was way too "nice". His fingernails were slightly too long.. At the end, I was on my stomach and he looped our arms together, behind my back. I had no idea what this maneuver was. Next thing I know, he had pulled my torso up in the air, arching my back, my chest bare in front of this man - the man that would not massage me with a bra on... I left feeling violated and Unheard. At a basic level, everything that happened to me set aside - as a business that is expected to touch humans in vulnerable positions, there should be a clear line of communication to communicate previous injuries and pressure preferences. read more

The therapist use to be very good, detailed and professional... now I feel like the use the chair therapist , and reflexology therapist (foot) to do full body messages bc when they message your back it's just the same message over and over for 40 min but when they do your feet it's excellent.. we will be looking for some where else to go - I hate it bc it's close and local bug too much money for what you get . read more

We used to love to go here for reflexology. Lately, every time we've gone, we've been disappointed. There is a lack of understanding English and miscommunication due to that. Also, they've moved the reflexology chairs up a bit so you're basically in the lobby right at the door and checkout counter. Not very peaceful. The last time we went, we wanted to just stay in the chair as in the past, but they stopped in the middle to take us to a room. My masseuse was pushing so hard - I asked twice for him to lighten up - and I felt like my insides were bruised and hurt for days. My husband was disappointed too and seemed like there was no rhyme or reason as to what they were doing. My wife and I had an appointment 5pm on 6/22. Upon entering, the staff was very unprofessional and never properly recognized us. But we thought that it just might have been the language barrier , so we went ahead and went to get our massages. Boy was that a big mistake. The two Asian women had a conversation going in their language until my wife asked them to stop. Then, there was having the door open to the room we were in. We were practically naked and these people thought it was okay to have the door open and possible exposed us to strangers. My wife told them to close the door about 4 times before they closed the door. I have never experienced this. After our massages, they tried to say that was how massage are done, but we have been to countless massages businesses across this country and have never experienced this. We were singled out by them as bad people without any justification. They said they keep the doors open for security reasons. But I seriously doubt that they do this for all and even if they did, this is America, and not the way massages are supposed to be done. The massage therapist was good. But they are certainly understaffed. I'm guessing the person that did my massage was the manager/front desk person and perhaps owner...but she answered the phone and greeted customers during my massage time. It took away from the servings being relaxing. She was great at the massage, but I couldn't enjoy my service consistently through the one hour. I'd come back again because she was able to get my kinks out and I was able to just walk in. But hopefully, they'll have more staff to take greet other walk-ins and answer the phone. read more

This place has been the best thing that ever happened to my shoulders and feet! Being able to just walk in and get a shoulder massage whenever I start feeling tension has done wonders for my body and mind. The staff is very friendly and every visit is a great experience. Imagine the layout of a nail salon but with a little more privacy and much more relaxing lighting and sounds. They do foot massages, chair massages, and also full body massages. I like to drop in for a 30 minute chair massage regularly just to help keep tension at bay. However, I highly recommend the 60 minute package that is split between a foot massage and a chair massage. I was a little skeptical about the quality of massage I would end up with. There's no need to worry about that here! Trust me, I'm very picky about my massages as I used to always go to salons and spas. (Which you really can't get away with for under $100). I had a very pleasant experience. The price was perfect. They gave me the full 90 minutes of time. Very low and soothing music in the background of my cozy dim lit table room. The massage itself was top notch, and very complete. I left with a nice cold bottle of water and feeling wonderful. Took my mom in and was very disappointed. It was very hard to relax during the massage. I could hear people banging on the wall in the next door business and the lady answered the phone during my massage. The massage and the atmosphere in the room was underwhelming. I was looking forward to a foot massage but there was less than 5 seconds spent on the feet for either of us. However, the primary reason we will never go back is that when we went to pay, we were going to tip in cash but as soon as he picked up the credit card slip that had just been signed and laid down, he asked for tip multiple times. While laying on a table in a private room for a deep tissue massage, a staff member came to the door, opened it, and began having a conversation with the massage therapist. My massage therapist stopped my massage to have a discussion. Then, it happened again, but this time a CUSTOMER came to the door, too! So, there I am, laying on the table while the massage therapist, a staff member, and a customer stand in the door way discussing a scheduling conflict. The massage therapist was skilled but inappropriate. I didn't catch his name but he made me feel very uncomfortable. I had a deep tissue massage. The man placed his left hand on my butt while he was kneeding my back with his right elbow. His hand should have been on the table not my butt because he placed it pretty firm. He also went too high up on my thighs when he was massaging my legs. I won't be going back there. A cheap massage is not worth feeling uncomfortable like that. read more

Went for foot massage and had worst experience. Staff keep talking alot and they keep changing in between. The lady who was doing massage kept applying scrub to the legs continuously for 50 minutes and it felt like sand paper. I even asked her to massage the foot instead of my legs but she kept saying ok and did her own thing. It was very painful experience, I will never ever visit this place. This was my favorite place until my most recent visit. I had a male this time, didn't catch his name. He is skilled... however he made me extremely uncomfortable half way through the full body massage. Not only did he spend way too much time on my tail bone and buttocks (like way too much) but then when I had to turn over, he "accidentally" dropped the sheet and saw me. Now I know mistakes happen but it seemed pretty intentional. Then during my upper thighs I was so uncomfortable at this point I opened my eyes and saw him lift the sheet to look at my vagina and then put it down again. Like not even trying to hide it. My skin crawled after that. I told him thank you, I'm all finished now. I went home and took a hot shower to get the creepy feeling off of me. Will not be returning there again. (And for those encouraging me to report him... I have no proof, there are no cameras & I was naked while he touched me. I have no case.) So if you still visit... ask for a female. read more

It is not easy to find a decent massage therapy nowadays. This one is a great exception. It was recommended to me by a friend. The reception is very welcoming and make you feel good right away. My Mom and I had a gift certificate for a "couples" massage, which was great fun. The room was nice, dimly lit and allowed us to chat. I got a deep tissue massage by Rose and it was just how I hoped, hard enough to get those knots worked out, then balanced with some overall firm massage. One thing I was really impressed with was when she massaged my face, she told me about pressure points around my nose that "release" energy. The points were a little intense but I've learned if you really want the most benefits of a massage, breathe through the discomfort, so I did. It wasn't until after we left that it occurred to me I was not groggy or lethargic like I usually am. I felt great, upbeat, ready to keep going for hours after. I am very impressed with the after effect and will definitely inquire into having an "energy" release again. Oh, and Mom had Jenny for her massage and she also was very pleased.
