My hands were a dip application with OPI . My toenails were just gel. Did not need a pedicure just removal of gel on toes and trimming of nails and reapplication of gel and they were receptive to that. Some places push for complete pedicure. After reading several great reviews for this nail salon I made an appointment and was not disappointed. The staff are all very nice and friendly. My nails were done exactly like I wanted. The owner did my nails and was gentle and did not rush to get them done. The only recommendation I would give is to turn down the radio/music, but it was a local station so it was not offensive just a little too loud for me. read more

Had an appointment, but when I got there the nail tech apologized for not being finished with another client. After 10 minutes, she left her client sitting while she started a manicure on me. She then handed me off to a Jr. associate, who did not seem to know how to cut toe nails. She used a cuticle nipper to do it. She was very thorough but VERY slow. She then fudged up a toe polish trying to put on the plastic sandals. 2 hours later... The place was clean, had liners in the spa tub and fresh utensils; #1 & 2 for me. I will give them a 2nd chance as they seem very concerned about sanitization and client satisfaction. read more

I got a French pedicure. The place is friendly and clean. I brought baby with me. I went early in the morning just after nine so it didn't have strong fume smells. They have the glass between you and the nail technician and they wear masks. They disinfect between customers and it seems that they sterilize their instruments because they came out on a sterilized bag. They use all new products for the pedicure. They came from a sealed bag. I also saw a huge variety of SNS colors. I enjoy the pedicure and love the JAZZ music and the fact that they didn't have a TV. I didn't ask for WIFI, but I read a book. read more

I actually booked pedicures for Sis and me here by mistake... but once again, Divine Intervention was in play. I will say that outside of my nail tech friend who does my pedicures back home... THIS was the BEST experience in a very long time. Laila was very personable... and I liked that she and her husband speak English well. This was probably the fastest pedicure ever... which I liked... because it was also thorough. I just wanted a simple pedicure and $35 is a very reasonable price. I don't think I have ever had someone get up under the toe nails like Laila did! Since my friend had done my last pedicure 3 weeks ago, my feet were not too bad. I absolutely LOVED how friendly Laila was with 2 other customers... the one before me and the one after. It was clear to me that she is a caring person and that she has built long-term relationships with these customers. read more

I was on vacation in Georgia and decided to have my nails done by Asia Nails. I walked in and asked if they had anything for the following morning. The appointment was made for 10:30, Wednesday morning. I didn't realize I was further from the location than I thought. I called to say I was running 10 minutes late. They were so nice and friendly, I really felt at ease. The fill and color gel was perfect! I actually love looking at my nails! This is really one of the best fills I've ever had. It was perfect! I don't get on Yelp much, and I don't review often oh, so it was purely by chance that I saw these reviews from Asia Nails. Must say that I am completely shocked to find any negative reviews whatsoever. I have been going there since they opened with very few issues, and have never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely manner. I have never seen a bug, nor been touched with a dirty towel and I cannot imagine Tom ever chastising a customer in an aggressive manner. Those of us who are regulars are accustomed to his teasing and it is never done in an ugly tone. Asia Nails is the best Salon in the county, hands down. read more

I went their 2 years ago. I had blue dipped powder on. Which I loved. Went back 4 weeks later to get pink this time. She didn't even take the blue off she put the pink over top of it and it looked horrible I have not been back sense and I will not go back they cut me and it was just terrible experience read more

Not very impressed with the assumed owner. Made an apt for a mani-pedi and half way through the pedicure I received a text about an emergency at my shop. When the pedicure was finished I explained I couldn't stay for my manicure and offered to pay for their time. (there were 3 walk-ins waiting) The owner (I assume) proceeded to lecture and chastise me loudly in front of everyone about not keeping my appointment. I was embarrassed and really mad. Asia Nails is a great salon! I needed a new set of gel nails and decided to get a new set while visiting the Clayton area. I was highly impressed with the salon. The first color I picked was much paler than the picture, and the technician removed the first coat and started over again. This was my first time going to Asia Nails a friend had given me a gift certificate. I will NEVER go back here are the reasons why: There are bugs crawling all over the walls, the towels they used for my (kept in the towel warmer) "spa pedicure" were dry first of all, stained with old polish and had holes in them. The water used for my pedicure was luke warm and then he blasted me with cold, awesome. The guy doing my nails was nice enough but clearly had no clue what he was doing. The polish on my toes is thin and streaky, I could have done a better job myself. Then comes the manicure part, I picked gels, thought "why not?" I picked a color from the gel station but it wasn't gel so another employee gave him the gel version, guess what? NOT THE SAME COLOR! I had to ask him to color in my WHOLE nail a few times, "yes paint to the edge of my nail" seriously? The place smelled like Fritos, it was dirty and they do not have a qualified staff.
