Oh, this place! Delicious every single time! Order at lunch time and you'll have an inexpensive meal big enough for lunch and dinner. But what really makes this place is the family that runs it. The mother is so sweet and remembers your orders. The kid is adorable (sorry, you're probably too old to be called adorable) and he's great running the counter. Dad...well I assume Dad is a great guy too since he always makes me such tasty foods. I'm not a huge fan of the meat here but anything with noodles, rice, and veggies is just magical! I guess the food is still good, but obtaining it is next to impossible now. Getting through to the answering service they use is your first hurdle. Then if they tell you that it'll be 45 minutes before it's ready, plan on doubling that plus a little extra for good measure. Then when you arrive to pick up your order 2.5 hours after you placed it, you have to hope that someone behind the counter will acknowledge you. J want to support a local place, but all the planning and waiting makes it not really worth it anymore. read more

There's buffets, there's fast food asian, then there's the more authentic restaurants. This is true authentic asian. Small dine-in seating, more of a carry out place. The family that owns and operates it are hard working and very polite. A wide diverse menu, also caters to some Americanized dishes. Best Chinese food in Connersville! The ordering process was a little odd but I blame COVID! Staff was friendly and prices reasonable.

Food is amazing but you can never call in order. The phone number hangs up or you get busy dial tone. We come from out of town just to eat here so calling ahead is a must. We waited at the window for 20 minute just to place an order that took 30 to 40. Sad that this can hurt business they need someone just to answer phone and take order. Thus happens every week. I have even been inside and tried calling the number and no phones ring so they have them shut off apparently so no one can call. read more

Favorite of ours, we drive thirty minutes to eat here because even though there is a wait the food is always fresh hot and excellent!

Food is made fresh to order, and it is super clean. The owners are super nice. Crab rangoon is excellent.

There is a consistency problem here....the same dish doesn't always get prepared the same way. For example, the size of tofu squares in #109 changes...as does the amount of tofu, the amount of broccoli....and even the taste. Also, sometimes the fried rice has peas and carrots...and sometimes it doesn't. This has happened with some other dishes as well. The food is generally good...but sometimes a dish is really good once and "just ok" on other occasions. However, as a whole...they are the best Asian place in Connersville, IMO. ---ON another visit-- So I call in my order...I KNOW the number by heart and I girl the girl the number and she says " I don't know the numbers, what is it?" REALLY? I ALWAYS order by the number during the day. Seriously. The night shift girl is not Asian...she is brash and unfriendly. I try never to go there when she is working. I have actually now hung up the phone when she answers...I'm just not willing to be treated so rudely by her anymore. I wish someone would tell the owner. ---On another visit--- I had called in an order, when I got there, my food was at the counter in a brown bag ready to go --- I DO THIS ALL THE TIME. The couple in front of me couldn't make up their mind and they were asking a ton of questions about all the different items on the menu. 3 minutes later they still hadn't ordered and I said to the young man behind the counter "can you go ahead and ring me up while they decide what they want" and he started to ring me up...and the other lady comes up and starts berating him for ringing me up before taking the other people's order. AGAIN, these people hadn't made up their mind! It was just rude to act like I should have to wait another 10 minutes for my order when the people in front of me still weren't ready to order. This our favorite Chinese food restaurant ever, and we have made a point of trying way too many in the Tri-state area. The freshest, most wonderful food ever. I do have one issue, lately the crab cheese angles are not much to write home about. They barely have any crab cream cheese mixture in them anymore. If this wasn't one of my favorite things, I wouldn't mind because this restaurant is otherwise a diamond in the ruff, a total 5 star. I am hopeful they read this review and take it to heart and get those crab cheese angles back up to par because I spend quite a bit of $$ here, lol!! read more

Always excellent Chinese food. And outstanding customer service. Every meal is cooked to order, So don't expect drive-thru speed. We call our order in, and it typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. It's well worth the wait! They have adapted to COVID-19 extremely well: When you order, they will give you an order number, e.g. 16. When you pull up, you can just park in front of the restaurant and they have the numbers posted on the front window. You wait until your number shows up, then go up and pay and pick it up. They modified their front screen door so they have protection and space between you and them. Probably the safest place to order takeout in Connersville during the pandemic. And did I mention: excellent food! We have ordered from them many dozens of times, and never been disappointed. Extensive menu with well over 100 choices. One of the best restaurants in Connersville. Just plan ahead, especially on a Friday or Saturday night, because you will not be the only person ordering, and expect it to take a while to custom-cook your food. read more

ah the infamous strip mall chinese restaurant. but, this place is different. the portions here are huge, and the prices are low. they cook your meal as soon as you order it which means no general tso's chicken sitting on the buffet for 3 hours before you finally take a bite. they give you your meal still steaming and you can definitely tell they use fresh ingredients from the vegetables to the rice. Also they make their own lemonade here and it is delicious! lunch time it gets very busy so it's probably better to order carry out before hand or you might not get a table.
